Every AT gains at least 1 powerset -- Masterminds only get a Secondary, no new Primary. Brutes get 2 new Primaries, and 1 secondary. Everyone else gets 1 Primary and 1 Secondary.

No, you may not have my stuff because I'm not leaving, as I'm not forced to play this pathetic excuse for a villain "epic". I'll still happily play my Stalkers and enjoy it.
But, see.. yet again we're forced into being Recluse's lackey. This is one of the major complaints many villain players have about this game. I can understand wanting to do something generic as it's incredibly easy to do, but compared to Kheldians, this is a poor, poor archetype.
I'm excited about the other stuff, I guess. Just, talk about a let-down.

Too much awesome in one place, really. Ever since Positron took over, things have been on a massive uphill slope to awesome-sauce.
Really all that is missing for me to be completely in luv with this issue is giving my fire/ controllers /regen secondary!

See I dont call doom on alot of things. I'm a general optimist when it comes to game features..but the whole track record for stalker love is really *really* poor.
Castle did a good thing by making hide free to use end wise, but seriously, they need alot more lovin...

Actually posion would fit even more perfectly than thermal. Especiall with Plant/ LOL.
Also add in the fact that controllers already have a set that gives similar buffs to thermal
ding ding ding.... /EMPATHY.
I'm thiking they'll be looking to give controllers another DE-BUFF set like /storm, such as /dark or /poison or /traps.
EDIT: Also Dark Miasma is asked for WAAAAAY more than thermal for controllers.

I find it funny that most of you are guessing that Heroes will get Ninjitsu, Psi, Plant and then when it comes to Villains we don't get Emp, or Storm or even Ice for our Brutes. Is it going to be another kick in the goodies for villains?? We will wait and see....

Besides, the existing story arcs already establish your role in the Isles as a "Destined One", aka possibly the ONE VILLAIN that can tip the scales for Recluse's takeover of the world. Of course you're a flunky.... until you hand him his... [spoiler].
How would an Arachnos EAT be any different? Yeah, OK, fine, instead of being "J Random Villain" you're a handpicked Arachnos soldier, selected to "go freelance" for Recluse's benefit. If you decide to follow your own agenda instead of his, hey, that's cool too, as long as you can pull it off.
Besides, the Arachnos troopers milling around will still aggro to you same as anyone else. Guess you're not his favored pet after all, are you? Oh wait, he believes in Natural Selection, so yah, you better beat the crap out of anyone that looks at you funny.
Cos that's how things work in the Isles, yo.

i'm psyched about this new issue. new content is always great, but even better ... it's FREE new content, so what's there to complain about?
it seems the dev's are slowly working toward a lot of the requests from the players, people have been asking for VEAT's forever, and now customized power trays, more additions to real numbers, zone improvements, the list goes on ... and there is more coming in the future!
so i for one am very pleased with the new content.

Because whether your opponent hits or not doesn't influence Fury, only that they attacked.

Wow. Just, wow. It looks like they've thrown together an issue with stuff that everyone's been craving for since launch. Customizable powers? Hell Yes! Roman costume parts? Two HellsYa! I've been wanting that stuff since launch. MORE Powersets? HELLSYEAH! This issue will be nothing short of fan-freaking-tastic.
