Has anyone had this problem?

When I try and claim an item from my email or send an email it saids my inventory is full and it saids "There are outstanding pending global email transactions. Please wait a minute and try again." This is happening on more than one of my toons on my global

Just a purpled out build with no PvP IO's. Looking for a very tough tank that can kill fast too )

Anyone else have an issue with the green in the classic ui team window? It seems to be about 2 or 3 shades brighter and is hurting my eyes. I also have team mates that are running healers and had team quit team because of this issue.

Anyone have an Elec/Stone tank? I have 1 at 28 and it seems like a pretty good combo. Any builds or advice would be great.

Do you have a build posted for those that influence is not a problem, one purpled out.

Have we hear what the benefits will be of not switching sides, (hero stays on blueside, villain stays on redside)?
Also what about sg and vg memberships, I have over a mill prestige on my main, but she is also my badgewhore toon would love to get those redside badges.

45 looks and no response? Is this not a build people have played?

Anyone have a good claws/wp scrapper build, mine is 39 and I love it. IO level 50 build would be nice, cost does not matter.
