In no specific order, my votes....

1) Give Villains access to Hero EPP's (and allow them to respec freely like heroes)
2) Selectable Maps for arena matches
3) PvP Expansion would be hawt
4) Instanced PvP Missions mayhem/safeguard
5) Only Affecting Self timer needs fixing
6) Up the flight speed and show match timer for observers of arena matches
7) Change rewards for bounty in sirens
8) Remove system matches, no one uses them at all.
9) Fix people being able to be slept or stunned after they die in an arena match and are only affecting self.
10) Adding +perception to cold secondary glacial shield

1. Zone mechanic that buffs/debuffs faction base on the amount they outnumber the other faction
2. Selectable maps (or just remove cage map plz it is horrid)
3. Inspiration tier selection for match
4. Patron vs app review
5. Review unresistables, likely subtract some from blue, or add some to red (or both)
6. Brute fury
7. /pvp count, or a /whoall that counts hidden
8. Stalker placate
9. Make fly workable (remove suppression, up speed quite a bit, and a bit of -fly resistance or pull a whole crap load of -fly powers)
10. Remove boss class mobs from pvp zones

Only reason I have Hero-Villain Balance in the tenth spot is that it will obviously be a lot more work, and a lot more drama with the buffs/nerfs. I'd love to see it, sure, but I'd expect the other things on the list are simpler to do, and I'd rather see a bunch of them get done first.

As an occasional PvP:er at best, these are fixes that could make me look more favorably at PvP:

1. A handicap system, where a player with a high reputation gets penalized against a player of low handicap. This would make all matches meaningful.

2. There aren’t any meaningful rewards to encourage participation in PvP. Add zone rewards that are for PvPing, not for doing PvE activities in PvP zones.

3. Balance between melee and ranged doesn't work; melee starts overpowered and ends up puny. I don't demand powerset balance, but this is too sweeping an issue to be ignored.

4. Fly is not a viable PvP travel power.

5. Accolades should not be level-dependent.

6. A good PvP build can be very different from a good PvE build. My solution is to make powers work the same way in both styles. If some powers need to be nerfed for PvP (like Taunt), don't give them toHit check, give them a set % to fail. PvE toon design is confused by having these additional PvP-only slotting options.

/agree -

There is a large subset of COX that is pvp only - if they were to make a PVP only server - my 15 a month and many others could fund it -

all zones/arena etc. No PVE

all char slots - pick toon - level to 50 - slot - go. I would even consider just going with a standard common io supply for slotting. If it were "here is all the ios - go get em" - the pve community might blow up. It would make the PVP a little more level as well as your no longer facing a specific IO build (max recharge, max dmg, high fire resist, dual phase - what have you).

That woulld allow for more diversity among the smaller SG's/Vg's for arena PVP (any one person can have a blaster/rad/emp/sonic/kin) - not worry about "oh my toon is not ioed out yet" - encourage people to try new roles without having to PL at toon, work on a concept build and fish for ios..

My top 10.

1. PvP Flight improvement (or PvP jump nerf, perhaps increase number of -jump powers or make -jump as binary as -fly so that jump powers are detoggled and can't be retoggled for the duration of -jump)

2. Hero and villain combat is not balanced, especially in the 40+ game. The most popular suggestion is to open up a set of APP for villains and allow them to respec out of their patron pools to get those.

3. Fury does not build as intended.

4. If you are killed, you’ll sometimes get a bounty dot on the map where you died. This can lead to having multiple dots on the map and being unable to distinguish your true bounty.

5. The lack of meaningful rewards discourages people from participating in zone PvP.

6. A player can do most of the damage to another player and still get no reward if an off team player kill steals him. Award partial credit for Bounty based on damage, as is done for XP when 2 different unteamed players defeat a mob on the street.

7. Villains have no access to ally grantable +perception in Sirens. Switch the order of sonic repulsion and clarity.

8. People often have to reset matches multiple times to get an acceptable map. Add selectable maps, as well as the ability to eliminate maps from the selection while still having a random pick.

9. When more than one team of heroes or villains is in the zone, they have no way to communicate and plan an assault without the opposing side hearing. Make request faction side only.

10. Very few people use the arena on live because of the lack of competition there, while test server arena is filled with people. Allow the arena to be cross-server.
