Just a heads up to people that are in my sale queue--I'm going out of town for about ten days. While I'm away I'll get as much sketching done as I can but there will be a gap before I can post updates. -
Yeah, occasionally.
I only played female characters in coh. So when I started doing fanart, it was all female characters. That led to doing other people's female characters. In general, commissioners look at someone's gallery and decide they would like for something similar to what they see there. It would be unusual for someone to look at my DA and then request that I draw, say a WoW style orc in armor--even though I drew stuff like that for years when I was a kid. -
It's supposed to be one of those large stone heroic statues that you find in places like Atlas Park. I didn't do a real accurate rendering of one since the background became more decorative stylistically.

It just takes effort. Set a goal for yourself and follow through with it.
