OK, with 5 minutes remaining, a GM shows up, and completes it for me. I tell her the mission is missing the glowy, she doesn';t say anything, and then I get a Mission Complete.
But... I don't get a Temp Power, or Storyarc completion bonus, or SO. I ask her about this, and she says "Sometimes it happens". So I'm SOL on the Blackwand it seems. I hear it was cool too... Dammit.

For what it's worth, while the Blackwand looks kinda neat (nowhere near Nemesis Staff, though) it only has 10 charges on it, so from a power perspective, you're not missing much.

Not sure if anyone's posted this before, but neither of Veluta's Story arcs give a badge (the two she gives are "An Arachnos Ghost Story" and "Power of the Spirit")
So for you badge hunters out there, nothing lost if you don't do her story arcs (except for the fun

Not always, Veluta apparently will give you her story arcs regardless of your level if you have trapped 50 ghosts.

It's the bosses and it's like 200 of them, it takes forever. I was in Port Oakes for 4 hours hunting them and finally got it. I thought the Slot Machine was worth it. The arc and missions are funny and short and the xp bonus at the end was HUGE. Plus the souvenier gives hints to, umm, "stuff".

Marcone bosses, about 100 of them. Personally, I got confused on this and hunted regular Family bosses forever, and got the Untouchable badge, whoops. Found out it was specifically Family bosses with Marcone in the name (Marcone Capos in PO and Marcone Consigliere in StM), went hunting in Oakes for quite some time and came out with Gangbuster. Counted 72 Marcone Capos defeated during the hunt, I assume I had another twenty-something from previous hunting.

Am I bugged or is it like 300 Longbows ? or 500 ? or 10 000 ?? 
That badge is either bugged or requires a specific type of longbow. I know I've killed thousands of them from repeatedly running pvp missions when I ran out of content at 34-35 and 38.5-40. It could be nullifiers (LT's), Longbow Officers (Boss) or Longbow Wardens (Boss). With no status bar, no one will know until they see the final kill when the badge is awarded.

Got 50+ so far today. I'll keep counting until 100, and let people know.
That said, I've got no bars over 50% of the way through except for Finder (which I'd thought was Gangbuster, until I tagged an eremite and saw it advance 
).

Are we positive that its Marcone Capos only, and other Family with Marcone in their name don't count?
I got it, but not until my count was to the mid-80s on today's run. I'm guessing it's possible that it's 100+ for the badge.
I'm pretty sure it's wardens and bosses. I think I've found the bar for it, will have to wait and see I guess. As for Gangbuster, it's definitely Marcone Capos. I found the bar for it, it only advances after Capo kills, not minion or lt kills.
Just a heads up for those who haven't done the arc yet. Slight spoiler ahead so don't read if such things bug you.
The Johnny Sonata arc ends with an AV that you must defeat, and the mission text doesn't alert you to the fact that you will need assistance. The AV is Johnny Sonata's Soul, so when he tells you to go retrieve it, just be prepared that you will need help for this mission.

Johnny is like Maestro on crack, and he will use Dreadful Wail and wipe out your party if your not careful, so bring someone that can rez/heal. And for god's sake don't stand near him, his Shout does disgusting damage.

Did this last night with a VG mate myself, after 3 attempts... there was a damn behemoth portal in the middle of the corridor not far from the entrance... i died muchly, i dont know how anyone without a decent map/invis/PFF could do that mission.
anyway, he used his pff, i used combat invis and flew to the end room where there was a glowie and 2 portals (which started spawning and going for me ) my mate clicked the glowie and mission over. He got the blackwand, i got nothing, at all, nada.
so i think its bugged in that the person to click the glowie gets the temp power... and its one of the missions that doesnt give a souvenir atm.

Sounds like if the Glowy WAS actually somewhere in my mission, and the GM found it, and clicked it, then she got my Blackwand... How nefarious. No wonder she sounded so amused. I was robbed by a GM Drone!

Meh, two ninja MMs can take him on. Our Oni's chain Char'ed him....
Yeah but at that level 2 MMs can take out anything. They have their godmode going on...unless the fight the AV at the end of Ice Mistral's SF. Then not even 3 survive 
Johnny's soul has boss level mez protection, with Domination up I held him, could keep him held forever.. could have soloed him ifi wanted to wait 3 hours...
Did you have to kill all, or just the altar?
I cleared the whole thing, couldn't find any glowies. Petitioned an hour ago, reset 3 times... I'm pissed.
