OT: I should tell you that your signature led me to know Misfile, and I got a friend addicted to it as well.

Those games dont have the same RMT problems becasue the cash and Items are not worth as much to actualy do it as much.

The reason for this is simple, Someone could buy from some website so many Energy Credits as it is for startrek, but the actual in game functions allow players to do that already...thus the RMTs have a huge competition. And since most games are played by people who feel they need to win at all costs(ie the object of anygame is to win)...then the RMT outside groups will invaribly lose to the players.

This was something NC lost out on understanding.

They didnt understand that if they wanted to eliminate the price fixing by players they needed to have alternate ways to get the same items being price fixed.
Thus eliminating the value of the items.

Like for example the ingredients for crafting Invention origins...they stupidly decided to make the mission architect give less tickets..and instead uped the exp gained from it.
Thus they made it so players could power level and skip up levels with never playing the game and basicaly making it easier for players to price fix and inflate prices onthe auction house. If they had eliminated the exp gain...and upped the tickets instead...then the prices would fall real fast as the value for the items wasnt important and also made the speedy power leveling slowed.

    Why We Build

Originaly i buiilt the personal base i have to just mess around and get used to how the system worked for usage with the Legion of Catgirls.

But then I decided that i would use it for storage.....which worked..but was kind of boring.

But then I decided... heck I want to see what i can do by myself.....and so i built and built

So at this point I have the largest base possible....I have made many rooms....and actualy have some i never did complete...

Made a race track....worked on many mutiple tier rooms....and made a portal room...made a library and hospital and a plethora of rooms.

I guess you could say the reason I build is to see if I can....and then show off what i do to others....
I hadnt expected this game to terminate....I had expected it to continue to go on and on and evolve....but now...not so sure that will happen..

So my base was built with the idea that someday it would be something legacy from way back when....to show what was possible.

This game has way too many things in it...that so many other games do not have ...and probably never will....

Its going to be sad...those new games are not going to even come close to what this game offers...they will try but fail miserably....and their developement teams will give ten trillion excuses for the reasons why they fail badly.

    Where to now?

Well for me....If its truly not possible to play still....

Then well in one day I willbe playing Borderlands 2...its not a big mmorpg like city of heroes but still fun.

I still play start trek online and champions online and jade dynasty with an occasional dc universe online....and an occasion Lunia Online......

Plus I have a bunch of games i never have finished that I got from places like Steam and such....

It seams according to the RAPTR group I am an Elite player(Translation: Plays alot of games alot)....
(If anyone is interested in what it is: its something that combines information from steam and xbox live and playstation online and rates you and gives rewards for playing games alot....and allows you to stay in contact with all those groups at the same time...also combines facebook, and twitter and AIM and a bunch of other stuff into it as well. My reasoning for even trying it and using it is becasue i wanted to get the nifty captains pet unlock from it for my star trek online account)

I have become very picky when it comes to online games....so because city of heroes spoiled me with so many good things....i tend to stay away from alot of games because i feel like they just plain fail....gotten real good at pointing out their flaws too....which ticks off alot of players who like those other games.

A marketing campaign with that kind of spin would take advantage of the current superhero high.

Heck, it may even be able to interest people who have become saturated and disinterested with superhero films by saying, "Okay, so what would YOU do/have done as the hero or villain? How would YOU save the day, or rule the world? What powers would YOU want to wield? What would your costume look like? Would you be a shining hero? A grim vigilante? A manipulative villain? A chaotic rogue? Would you prefer a group of friends when facing your enemies, or would you go it alone? Pick your powers. Make your costume. Choose your side. YOUR heroes. YOUR villains. YOUR WAY."

This should appeal to just about anyone who's ever walked out of a superhero film saying "yeah, but why didn't they just...?" by saying, "well, if it's so easy, why don't you try it yourself?"
... And I honestly can't believe that NCSoft wasted such an OBVIOUS marketing opportunity! I hope they see fit to sell the IP to someone who actually has a clue/gives a s***.
Actualy I agree with you on this.....

Its really weird they didnt jump on this band wagon...with marketing.

In fact it's really weird the entire silent treatment they are giving on this....

I said in another thread....NC SOft has never done this silence thing before....its really not like them....

This makes this sun setting more curious and more curious.....
  5. Not surprised

This offered a way to power level and get exp fast....(thus it made some people feel they completed the game and had nothing to do when leveling up super fast)

I kept telling the developers through messages onthe forums and suggerstion to stop giving exp...and influence and to only have more tickets....

But instead they made it so you could get more exp....and less tickets...>_>

They didnt listen....but i did warn them.

They should have listened to the Kitty
  6. Actualy i do also find it odd they have not responded on this....

    Its not really like them...

I mean...when they discontinued auto Assault they gave me tons of email and support stuff....and offered me ways to transfer to some other game..

    same with tabula rasa....

and when i quit AION....sheesh....still got stuff to come back....

but this one....on this game that has been around longer....not even a peep out of them....

I am actualy unsure what to make of this.....i am wondering what NDA they are being held by to not make any comments on this....

They even stopped sending me AION email that i would get like every 2 weeks....its like the silence has fallen.
  7. LOL

    To the OP

Those are the worst bottom feeding things to play

They dont have fly or super speed or hide or an assassin strike in any of their game modules....and if they do its pathetic...gives 3 seconds of something only....and takes 1 hour to recharge.

Thus why they are rated at the bottom of the game services offered out there.

seriously....prove me wrong on any of this....and i might give them a chance...
but so far they fail miserably.
  8. Bah...

All they had to do was give people a way to play to a certain point and get a free VIP for 30 days....ie they had to do things in game to get it.

Then they also only had to make it possible albeit in a very slow fashion..a way to get points or NC coin or whatever in small increments with out having to pay cash....
Thus they will start a group of players who constantly play to try and get the free stuff.

Thats all they had to do to reel them in like Fish and make them play and pay forever.

And of course if they wanted to get more players faster and make more cash faster like say Perfect World or say some of the other cash shop guru groups....
They simply would have to make the level required experience points greater...
And then start selling items that are cheap that work like a health batteries...ie every time you click it it puts your health up to full...but subtracts whatever it healed from its total point value.

That would get people to start doing unreasonable risks to level faster...ergo....as others do it....by spending a paltry 25 cents....or what ever....others would do the same....thus creating a group of players who literaly claim you have to pay to win and there is no other way....and creating a group of players who will spend tons of cash on this junk.

They also could have made it so when a player reaches maximum level they could switch alignments....by becoming level 1...but starting on the other side....and also having some extra buff they get to have for doing so...with expereince points needed being even more then what a normal player would need(like 10 times more).....thus they would start getting players leveling and playing for long long periods just to get to that maximum...with a special buff.

And they always should have sold point cards or nc coin cards....from the get go....

But now...nc soft cant seam to understand those finite things or how to get people to play forever or spend millions of dollars....so they instead discontinue games when not even trying to make a real profit.

Its funny....i still recall in a differing game....this one player....might have been a GM actualy or company person....they would brag to everyone how good they where at pvp.....in the game they even had a ranking showed him on top.....his bragging got so many players trying to take him down....they spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars just to beat him....then they would brag....this started a huge trend of players spending lots of cash just to be number one.....
And to this day they still do it.....but not just as players but as groups and guilds and everything.....
The designers figured out people like to compete....but not everyone likes to compete the same way...thus they have tons of things in game for you to compete with others with...
And to add weight to make people feel they want to do this....they give in game rewards to the people inthe top 100....better stuff to the top 10 and the number 1 gets the best...

oh well long post....i made these suggestions alot over the years......
and well...guess htey hsould have listened to the Kitty.
  9. Not planning on buying guild wars 2...looks too lame..

Sorry...but it does....seriously....look at the powers....woopee you get a nifty five second stealth ability that every thing can see through anywise....that gives you an extra...5% damage...and the recharge is like 5 minutes....and you have to be high level to get it.

Travel power wise....you will be running for hours on end getteing no where and wasting time until you end up spending tons of money for nothing.

Also tried to play it on a friend machine....i died way too fast...the level system is totaly messed up....fighting things 10 levels below you and you still have a tough time...is not even remotely fun.

The entire game is a true griond fest...just like dead souls and wow...where you are forced to farm and grind to survive against things...until you complete that quest and find you run into another hard hting that forces you to grind again...until you reach maximum level.

And every mission has not story or writing...it might have a cut scene....but inthe end it becomes a typical...go to some place...kill things there until you get 55 matches....or get 60 claws....so you kill hundreds and spend hours doing this...for a reward that so tediuosly lame its not funny.

Star Wars that one from Bio-ware is exactly the same way.

Also went back to try champions been about a year....what do i find...i find i cant even defeat armadillo anymore....yep he has become stronger then most of my characters that used to be able to beat him down....for a level 15 mission....my level 26 certain has difficulties now....they lowered healing able to be given upped the energy costs and lowered the damage and resiatcne and defenses on players.
Yah neat game...where when you dodge something that does 75 damage it simply says dodge and you take 69 damage instead....what the heck is the point.
Also most powers are broken there....invulnerability supposed to lower damage effects right off by 29 points....on and beyond its resistance...well thats not happening.

I still do occasional star trek and jade dyanasty..those games have way too much i have not done and so much to do its not even funny.
Champions seams like it has alot to do....but i get my self killed from supposedly simple stuff now....so its not much fun anymore....Invulnerable feels like weak sauce....i survive longer in city of heros with any archtype.

Also went and tried NCs other new game....um think its called blood and sword...fantasy game....tried it on a friends machine....it was very grindy and the level system is again borked....as the level 5s where beating my level 30 i was playing fairly well....
Its about on par with AION....though i noticed i cant jump in place and kill my self like in AION....or jump down some stairs and take almost my entire life bar in damage as with AION.

Guess city of heroes spoiled me....if i cant have good stealth and a good level system...and some good travel powers or items...I consider the games subpar.

My suggestion to everyone is....dont buy much of anything right off....check it out...try it out....dont listen to what others tell you...find out for yourself
And ask yourself...are you having fun? or are you simply being forced to do something?
The game should be fun 99% of time...It should never be a chore or work to play it.

And they should never put you to sleep....if you are falling asleep playing you need to ask yourself truly why you are falling asleep...if the game is that boring...it wont ever improve....except in making you fall more alseep later.
  10. The problem was the actualy advertised items...

They offered shoes most people wouldnt get...and pushed Tony Hawk....two things that a player of city of heroes isnt going top be interested in....becasue its simply not going to help them play or be relevant to game play.

Now if they had done energy drinks...maybe gaming gear..a new mouse or key board for example....that would reel in most players....but as it was....it just failed becasue no one was interested in that stuff being advertised.

The best sellers would have been for Food Places and food and drink items and possibly ways to get free stuff or free coupons....

I still recall in an other game...how they had a way to hit a control key and a specific other key and the take out web site for pizza hut would come up.

See that gets people.....they dont have to leave the game and can get sometihng to eat while they play....

Sorry but the shoes required too much effort and required non-game play..thus two strikes against it right off...

oh well....not my fault the marketing group failed to realize all this.
  11. PsychicKitty

    Anime and CoX

Actualy the only hate I see is when people try to copy established Characters and of course do a horrible job of being that character not to mention....they are not very original at all.

The actual game already has plenty of costume options that can be made to look like a Magical Girl or what ever....I have done it a few times...but for me i try to make every costume different and every character is different as well....i dont duplicate...i might take something and use it as a base...but the character and name and even their background have their own flavor....that explain why they look like what they do and why they have their powers.

Its funny but The only things i want from Animes really are some of the power effects...like the video clips shown....or from a few other Animes I have watched....but then i also want some of the effects from some of the Video Arcade Games i have played too....
I mean is it too much to ask for a neat attack that looks like WAR Machine's Finishing Move from Marvel vs. Capcom?

I think that would extra neat to see......and i dont want a complete copy i want something similar but different....
By the way....there really needs to be some more titan and staff weapon types...and also some unlockables for titan and staff weapons.

I dont think i am the only one that sort of wants to have some giant blade with an eyeball on it...so wanted to be able to unlock a rularuu titan blade.....oh well.

    2. Does smoke flash actually work?

Also, if anyone has a build lying around I can borrow, I would appreciate it greatly. Thanks!
1> Not sure if people say this anymore that gamblers cut is better....if they do...they are using some old statistics like back when the Gambler's cut would critical and then critical again on the critical doing monstrous damage. The developers felt that was a bit over the top and decided to change that...its useful as its another attack to use with out having to redraw your weapon.

2> As others have said it works...and works well....and if you read what others say you will see....this power like many may not be exactly what you want if your play style or skill need for it isnt there. I.E. some would say its a situational power only and dont take it.

I say I like to use it as another Stalker placate power(a power that gets rid of current aggro amounts and also rehides the stalker nothing else but placate does that...and the new remove aggro powers wont be rehiding you either). I also use it for Bomb disposal/console disposal. Like from the old Sister Psyche Task force or from the current Sutter Task force among other places. I also use it against Archvillains and Bosses that are taking too much interest in me and not attacking anyone else on the team...like maybe the TANK...whom may or may not be using Taunts(I say may or may not as sometimes Taunts just dont seam to draw aggro off the Stalker all the time)
Another use is when you just click something and/or are not in a hidden state but want to get there fast....its not a big issue as you go to a hide state fairly quick just you can go into it faster with this....also can be used to hide when you are not using a hide power like during an escort or in pvp when the other players tell you not to use hide.
Its not perfect...its accuracy isnt that great and its radius is a bit small...but it does do what its supposed to.
  13. I am guessing on this......I bet the problem is becasue the oil slick is designated an enemy...as thats how you can ignite it.

Thus once it becomes ignited its an enemy using a fire Area of effect that triggers the AI in your pets to have them get out of the area of effect even if they are not being effected.

Thus the issue is the Pet AI and the fact that the actual effect does not clean itself up when it completes its process.

Ergo...if they actualy had the oil spot vanish after it was done burning like it should have all this time(achieved by setting despawn flag or transporting it away if that doesnt work)....and maybe turned off the enemy flag(or maybe switched it to friend) after you ignited it like it should have all this time.....then your pets wouldnt have the Issue.

But then thats just a guess...and based on something different.

The most ironic thing about this thread...is that there has not been one market person saying something like...."but 500 million is easy to get...i got that much just by working on crafting badges in less then a day"

I am wondering if those market players messed up and forgot to actualy play the game and missed out on the enhancements...and thus are finding people doing to them what they do to everyone else.

Sorry didnt mean to thread jack....
  15. Its an intersting build....

Now dont take this post as a YOU NEED TO DO THIS kind of thing.....but more like OPTIONS....

I noticed you took recall friend at 49 which means by that point pretty much eveyrone has the power.
I personaly get recall friend at level 4...so i can use it on any trial or thing i do....the usefulness of being able to go anywhere and teleporting teammates to you is too useful to be avoided....only a warshade could do the same thing....but stalkers have hide right off...thus no one can be stealthed like you at the low exemplar levels and be able to telport anyone to anywhere.....for that reason of being the only archtype capable of that feat i cant ignore it and instead have to flaunt it.

I tend to avoid things like combat jump since i have ninja run...which can be combined with sprint....so i get a larger jump and run speed already....
I noticed you have ninja run as well....so i recommend getting rid of combat jumping and replacing it with a differing power...for the defense slot...hover works well...as does the leadership pool maneuvers.

I also noticed you took focused accuracy....ok its a good power....i suppose....
but if you have taken a leader ship pool power already you could have taken tactics instead....which not only costs less energy to use...but also effects your entire team....increase your sight range and perception radius while still increasing your to hit values just the same as the foccused accuracy....but also tactics gives you a couple of added bonus defenses which in my opinion should never be ignored.

One last thing you can do....if you want to make sure you have no problems with stealth and with say the monsters in eden....as an example....is to slot a Stealth invention origin into one of your sprints....the reason for this is that it will not only stack with hide when toggled on...but also just over come those monsters and their perception....it also lowers perception distance a tad more when you click things...not alot more...but enough that you might notice it if you play by trying to be hidden alot.

I personaly have a different way I play then others so....what i might find useful or non-useful others might think the opposite.

Anything i am suggesting though is based purely on actualy play.

There are a number of places you could alter your enhancements to achieve higher numbers here and there....but since this was supposed to be a semi-inexpensive build then well...you can get to those as you see fit...and probably already know those spots...

Again this is all just suggestions for differing Options....that will still lead tot he same destinatiion just will added a bit more oomph to the end result.

Like i said...I dont think there is truly a best secondary...there is only what is someone's best preference and everyone always has a favorite...because playing a stalker isnt just about the armor or powers...its about the player playing it.

Though one thing...i have found over many years...is that sometimes...it can take alot of trial and error on making a character to find something that a player will end up sticking with....as one person might think some combination is the best in the world...and really say how great it is....but then another person might try it out and find it either too boring, too difficult, too lame or just simply not what they want to play.

My first stalker for example....was a Ninja Blade/Ninjutsu Stalker...I played until about level 30....then started getting bored...i just couldnt seam to get into playing that character...then i tried something new...i tried to play like a real ninja assassin....i tried to play where i killed the target and nothing else...tried to hide and sneak into the impossible mission and do the minimal on the missions...and i found by doing that it was actualy alot of fun....a challenge to get to the click items with out alerting or killing anything as sometimes some would be totaly surrounded.

I got that character to the maximum level at the time of 40...then got to 50 when the maximum level got raised.

But my point is....that there is no best secondary...it literally all boils down to preference and play style....with the best being the one that keeps you playing for a while.
  17. PsychicKitty

    Plant/NA Troller

Wow less then 8 hours to get to 50....
and you are wondering if anyone has made a build for it...

    LMAO

This has made my day actualy...^_^
  18. If you are confident with superior reflexes.....then go for it....i normaly do not recommned it for a player who has not played a stalker before.....because all you will have is defense.....not much else....and its kind of...oh hum...for play.

I usualy recommend Ninjutsu or Willpower....as Ninjutsu will give you the defenses just like superior reflexes...but also give you a self heal and some other useful abilities....that you can decide to get or drop.

Street Justice is an interesting set on stalkers...you will be missing like one attack with it....truly i dont miss it....combo wise....you will be still doing alot of damage with it...and building the stalker focus...giving you more rapid damage then your average brute.

For me I felt I should take all 9 of the powers...which i tend to use alot...as sometimes some of the attacks are just not ready to use again very fast...so the other attacks are there to help build the combo level and focus level.

I am actualy not surprised that you deleted the DM/WP stalker....based on what you play it probably felt slow to you...damage wasnt really there and you ran out of energy alot...i dont know why but Dark Melee on stalkers does consume alot of energy and does seam a bit sluggish...also never liked the animations as much personaly.

That doesnt mean i dont have a stalker with dark melee...just means i have not played that character as much as i could.
  19. I normaly recommend for a new stalker to try either ninjutsu or willpower..i would suggest staying away from regeneration or superior reflexes until you are comfortable doing the entire stalker game play.

The other sets work well.... but each has a specific trick to it....like for example electric armor is resistance based...so is dark armor...sure they help you not take as much damage....but you are not going to be in hide state and pulling off an assassin strike while in the middle of say a damage effect or continual attacks with them either very much...instead you wil be relying on the focus mechanic more...or on building up defense in other ways with invention enhancements.

To answer the question though....about which secondary is best...

The best secondary set and most fun anyone can have....is actualy when you know your armor very well...enough to know what to expect while you use it and its weakness.

So i guess you could say there is no best secondary....there is only what is your best preference....everyone has their favorites....but i dont think any of them make the stalker more then the player playing them.
  20. So finaly had the event on Guardian

And It was a lot of fun.

And considering how many servers they where doing it on and how many differing versions ofhte zones.....wow...that is one of heck of alot of switching.

I noticed they started getting tricky...and started placing enmies in and around the Talos Island Area and then decided to have them all attack at once.....

At one point they decided to really hammer players....when they put tons of tentacles and then dropped a lusca head and then started sending in flyers alot of flyers all at the same time.

    That was alot of fun....

The servers though.....good gravy i thought they where going to hemorage and die....i pulle dup the old latency check and saw the the NC servers for whatever reason have some real trouble..

All in all this was a great event...had a few players a little upset they couldnt fight an archvillain version of MAKO.....i think they where thinking it was going to be like that Invasion event on Test a while back.

Though I must say.....was it me...or is Talos Island just having issues with lots of players and things....I dont recall Kings Row slowing the servers down....
But then it might have been due to 4 differing servers with the event...all at the same time.

At the end in Pocket D a bunch of people got codes in Pocket D 1 and POcket D 2....I only know because the Legion of Catgirls was there....

Oh at one point had alot of players switch over to help defend SHardhead inthe rogue islands...it sounds like that went fairly well also.

The only thing though...that would have made this all even better is if the heros and villains didnt have that un-needed wall separtaing the Rogue Isles and the Paragon City...i mean the enitire as a Villain you cant go to Paragon....or as a hero you cant go to Sharkhead....

I get the intent about alignments and I understand the original intent for the division......but seriously there are alot more things out there......that signify those barriers need to be gone now......I already find it sad when you have a rogue join your task force.....and you get sent to Dark Astoria Refelection and they cant get there with out a mission transport power....and if they dont have that.....they get left out.

But if they didnt have these walls......the event would have been more like players would have gone to sharkhead.....if Mako said something was happening someplace else...they wouldhave all gone there too.......

In any event or Giant monster thing thats one thing you can count on....
Players dont like Invasions or Giant Monsters stomping around.....unless they can beat the stuffing out of them....and so they will go to great lengths to hunt the stuff down...

ANywise i had alot of fun......and I hope we get more stuff like this inthe furture.
  21. Oh my goodness...

Does this mean Television is angry becasue Mako ate WOOFERS?!?

Good gravy....i thought the movie Gross Point Blank...where the character Martin Blank killed a dog by accident had it bad...

    But this is too funny...

But curiously the Golden Giza is visited by Baracuda....of all places to visit.....how coincidental.

I am still thinking more and more....that Maybe Slot Machine or Radio are going to get involved some how.

After all Television can't be allowed to create too much chaos unchecked....as it might start making people stop going to Slot Machine or Radio.
  22. Well i am hoping the Fonz isnt going to show up on water skies and jump the shark for this...

Anywise...though...looks like the Television is having fun....though i keep wondering what the Radio or Slot Machine are going to do about this.....I am fairly certain they dont like the Television very much and would not be surprised if they decided to try to spoil the plan.

    Unless the entire event thing being told about ahead of time is secrety part of the Radio's and Slot Machine's Agenda...O_O;

Thank goodness we dont have to deal with the spirit of the Telephone or Toaster Oven...or a Spork.

These possessed items are getting fairly powerful these days.

Only thing i can think of that would be worse would be Zwillingers Hat giving missions(I can see it all now...a magic hat on top of mannequin at a Tailor Shop...giving missions that are simply notes written on paper that fall from its pocket when you get too close)

And what would make the hat the most dangerous...is becasue it was sitting on Zwillinger's head....listening...absorbing that knowledge...learning from everyone in the room....waiting to do a story arc....with the final message being "Come back Soon™"
  23. Interesting Cien...you definately are trying to stack stealth on a definate Turtle build(the type designed with armor and defense in mind)

um....though one thing....you put unbound leap stealth into super jump...if you are trying to make a really tight build you want to place that into a sprint you can toggle on or off.....and then complete the zepher set.

And i see you put the numinas two of them for that extra health recovery and the set bonus....though...i think you might get more out of it if you used a tissue invention which gives a +regen

Though i dont know if that will really matter these days with the new heal set coming out....as you might want to simply use that sets special invention enhancement instead to get the absorbtion.
  24. Well i am going to try and make this event on friday on guardian server.

This event sounds great to me.

Alot of people dont sound thrilled....but i think of it this way.....

This is going to be something new players will get a nice taste of things and what may be possible.

It will be a time for some of the old ones returning and the new ones joining to see what others have done and what they missed....and to see the potential thats there....instead of always having everyone else do everything for them...and give them someting to aspire to.

I just have to decide which character i will play for this....

And since this is a going to be a beach party...i wondering if i need to wear a swimsuit for this....hmmm....have to work on a costume for it.

I just hope there are some bubblers and shielders out their planning to be at this event with me....as i dont want to get too much sun burn.
  25. Wow no one commmenting....

I might have opened a huge can of worms on another topic.....

Anywise....I looked over your build....and i dont use a mids program or any form of hero design utility...Everything i do is normaly based on my own prefered game play and experience.

And my suggestions are based on how you said you got tons of stuff...so it looks like you should be able to find and get what i suggest which isnt super exotic.

To start with I noticed sloted Hide very heavy with red fortune...ok....i would instead of slotting it that much...maybe only slot it 3...the reason is becasue you probbabyl want to slot a Luck of the Gambler Global Recharge Enhancement into it and also a Karma Knock Back Protection Enhacnement, and since you took tactics i am thinking you feel you want some good accuracy so then you can slot a Kisemt +accuracy into it.....
I suggest this becasue even though hide gives defense its not a huge source of defense....so you would only realy get a huge value while hidden....but since when you are hidden you wont be getting attacked....having a huge defense during that period isnt the greatest...and while its supressed the dfense you get is like 5%....
Not trying to say its a bad choice...just saying...that you might be able to use differing things to help you in other ways.

Now stamina you have 3 slotted...thats fine....i would normaly suggest two slotting...but three is fine....i would however suggest a perfromance shifter endurence and a perfromance shifter chance for + endurence.....the chance one is a wild card that will give you energy when you normally cant get it....having the thrid slot if you still want it can stay an endurence recovery invention origin.....and when you get to level 50 you can boost it and the perfromance shifter ones with enhancement boosters...

Health...you have 1 slot here....ok i normaly suggest 3...if you where willpower i would suggest 4.....but anywise either way....with three slots you shoudl slot a numina's regenration/recovery invention a miracle regen invention and a tissue recovery invention...this will up your recovery and regenerations a tad bit and enough to make it feel like you dont need lots of energy of healing allthe time.

Now your biggest hole in Ninja Defenses is the knock back.....if you followed my suggestion you now have +4 versus that....as other will tell you...+8 works much better...and +12 better but +16 making it seam like you dont get knocked around anymore.....go figure...i usualy only slot op to a +12 with karmas and things....becasue i abuse hover.

on the flying.....now not sure how much you will use it...but i suggest you take the universal travel set that give you knock back resistance on one ofhte invention origins in its set.....that if you do as i have suggested so far will put you to +8 knock back resistance..

Before you or anyone asks....why am i saying slot hide and health and such....thos epowers you get at low levels...thus when you exemplar you get all that stuff you slotted as available....any greyed out power wont let you use anything on it....

anywise back to my suggestions...on caltrops....seriously? you dont need that many slots...its caltrops....the slow is from a stalker...no matter how much you enhance it wont slow much more for you....if you where a defender or controller it might be different but you are a stalker....you wont be using caltrops all the time..you instead will be choosing a taregt and eliminatiing.

Now personal note...If it where me i wouldhave taken recall friend at level 4....you waited till level 49...thats a neat power but at level 49 pretty much everyone wont need the teleport from you as much...so its utility is lost....the reason i take it at level 4 is a few reasons but one very good example is the HOLLOWS TRIAL.....as a stalker with recall.....you can easily lead a team and complete that trial in a very short period...if you dont have it....well....if you have done the trial then you know what a pain it is.

ok another thing...you have assult, maneuvers and tactics....ok...thats not too bad....assault for the 10% damage...maneuvers for the 10% defense...and tactics for extra accuracy....but seriously....if you are not going to take a sniper power from an epic or patron set....then tactics is a waste of a power choice.....i would instead get a defense travel power like hover....well actualy i would take hover where you have flight and then take flight later...and then eventualy get after burner....or maybe take combat jumping then super jump....and maybe consider super speed...

ok i think thats enough from me.....getting time for me to leave work.

Anywise thats a good start to possible changes...

again these are just my suggestions...based on how i like playing and well my own experience with this game...this doesnt change the character greatly....it only modifies a few things to give more on certain things that would be more used.

After my reply you should see more replies...
