Wow no one commmenting....

I might have opened a huge can of worms on another topic.....

Anywise....I looked over your build....and i dont use a mids program or any form of hero design utility...Everything i do is normaly based on my own prefered game play and experience.

And my suggestions are based on how you said you got tons of stuff...so it looks like you should be able to find and get what i suggest which isnt super exotic.

To start with I noticed sloted Hide very heavy with red fortune...ok....i would instead of slotting it that much...maybe only slot it 3...the reason is becasue you probbabyl want to slot a Luck of the Gambler Global Recharge Enhancement into it and also a Karma Knock Back Protection Enhacnement, and since you took tactics i am thinking you feel you want some good accuracy so then you can slot a Kisemt +accuracy into it.....
I suggest this becasue even though hide gives defense its not a huge source of defense....so you would only realy get a huge value while hidden....but since when you are hidden you wont be getting attacked....having a huge defense during that period isnt the greatest...and while its supressed the dfense you get is like 5%....
Not trying to say its a bad choice...just saying...that you might be able to use differing things to help you in other ways.

Now stamina you have 3 slotted...thats fine....i would normaly suggest two slotting...but three is fine....i would however suggest a perfromance shifter endurence and a perfromance shifter chance for + endurence.....the chance one is a wild card that will give you energy when you normally cant get it....having the thrid slot if you still want it can stay an endurence recovery invention origin.....and when you get to level 50 you can boost it and the perfromance shifter ones with enhancement boosters...

Health...you have 1 slot here....ok i normaly suggest 3...if you where willpower i would suggest 4.....but anywise either way....with three slots you shoudl slot a numina's regenration/recovery invention a miracle regen invention and a tissue recovery invention...this will up your recovery and regenerations a tad bit and enough to make it feel like you dont need lots of energy of healing allthe time.

Now your biggest hole in Ninja Defenses is the knock back.....if you followed my suggestion you now have +4 versus that....as other will tell you...+8 works much better...and +12 better but +16 making it seam like you dont get knocked around anymore.....go figure...i usualy only slot op to a +12 with karmas and things....becasue i abuse hover.

on the flying.....now not sure how much you will use it...but i suggest you take the universal travel set that give you knock back resistance on one ofhte invention origins in its set.....that if you do as i have suggested so far will put you to +8 knock back resistance..

Before you or anyone asks....why am i saying slot hide and health and such....thos epowers you get at low levels...thus when you exemplar you get all that stuff you slotted as available....any greyed out power wont let you use anything on it....

anywise back to my suggestions...on caltrops....seriously? you dont need that many slots...its caltrops....the slow is from a stalker...no matter how much you enhance it wont slow much more for you....if you where a defender or controller it might be different but you are a stalker....you wont be using caltrops all the time..you instead will be choosing a taregt and eliminatiing.

Now personal note...If it where me i wouldhave taken recall friend at level 4....you waited till level 49...thats a neat power but at level 49 pretty much everyone wont need the teleport from you as much...so its utility is lost....the reason i take it at level 4 is a few reasons but one very good example is the HOLLOWS TRIAL.....as a stalker with recall.....you can easily lead a team and complete that trial in a very short period...if you dont have it....well....if you have done the trial then you know what a pain it is.

ok another thing...you have assult, maneuvers and tactics....ok...thats not too bad....assault for the 10% damage...maneuvers for the 10% defense...and tactics for extra accuracy....but seriously....if you are not going to take a sniper power from an epic or patron set....then tactics is a waste of a power choice.....i would instead get a defense travel power like hover....well actualy i would take hover where you have flight and then take flight later...and then eventualy get after burner....or maybe take combat jumping then super jump....and maybe consider super speed...

ok i think thats enough from me.....getting time for me to leave work.

Anywise thats a good start to possible changes...

again these are just my suggestions...based on how i like playing and well my own experience with this game...this doesnt change the character greatly....it only modifies a few things to give more on certain things that would be more used.

After my reply you should see more replies...

First off hats off to PsychicKitty for being so diplomatic and super, super kind.

Now the rude awakening.

By looking at the build it is fairly obvious you do not understand how defenses work or what they are. You see purple IOs and think World of Warcraft, thus it must be better. Sadly your wrong.

Look there is nothing wrong with that everyone has been there at one time. But you need to take the time to understand so you know what your doing Or even understand what someone else is doing to your build to make it better. Otherwise you could have a retard like me post a build and then have another retard agree how great it is. End result you have yet another bad build on your hand and your back here asking the same questions.

Ninjitsu is one of the few stalker sets that can obtain defense cap. Fully Positional for that matter. I would go for it.

The way I see this build it is good for the first strike but after that if you didn't kill the mobs you will be dead from the return Alpha.

Purple IOs are DPS and Recovery and Recharge. If you have everything else covered and can use them, by all means do so.

At a minimum you could go mid 30s and rely on purple inspirations to gain defense cap which will free up a some powers and such which will allow you to slot a few purple IO sets. I think you went purple happy here and probably don't know you will be spending BILLIONS upon BILLIONS for this build when cheaper will do better and last longer. Unless its PvP, but even then you have no resistances for PvP.

Read the links in my signature if you want to learn about that stuff and you can do a search on this forum for my build for comparison. I don't post much here so it should be found easily.
