Mmm....i was wondering why stealth when i have Hide?, i was told that my hide was just as good as the pool power.

I need help with my build I spent a lot of infl. and just threw in a lot of IO's I don't think i know what i was doing, checking mid's was showing a lot of over caped stuff and I don't know why i put the full sets of IO's, am i just not understanding how IO's work?...i feel like an idiot, I just wanted as much Damages output as i could get with a decent defense....please help... I had this in the stalkers section but no one has replied to it.

I have no idea what i'm doing lol...I want to maximize my damage as much as I could, with a decent defense so I bought all these IO's...trial and error i guess you could say, I started fiddling around without knowing whats caped or not...i'm very sorry if it looks real bad but here it goes..what needs to be done please let me know..
