Well, yes & no. At first, the MM had only done one respec (the first one) and hadn't used it. We started doing his Leery missions and they worked just fine. Now, when he turned 37, he decided to use his respec, so he could sell his enhancements. After he used his respec, Leery stopped giving him missions. We then did the second respec trial, to see if an open respec was the thing that unlocked Leery, but this didn't work.
So, from what I gather, only having an open, unused respec can unlock Leery (at this moment). The minute you use a respec, no matter if you have another open one left, he stops giving missions. So I think he's bugged atm.

I had the same thing in mind, but I went to see Leery after the patch, and he still refused to give me anything.
he told me to come back at 35.

Also, did Doc Buzzsaw and the Slot Machine over the past few days. They were well worth the time I took off from leveling to get the necessary badges.

Hey guys, a friend and I were hunting for these Ghosts tonight, and it was just frustrating. I was a level 39 Robo/Trap MM, he was on his lowbie Robo/FF MM. We tried all manner of things from TP Foe-ing them to the Traps to trying to lure them there with the lowbie... after many deaths, and many, many Ghosts either getting away or killed out of range, we stumbled upon a great area...
In a little enclave right on top of the Trap on the West side of the Ruins, at -3925, 264, -1225, the Ghosts run a patrol right on top of. We also had many spawn at that very spot, on top of the Trap spillover thing.
It took us about an hour to get 30 or so. We found that spot, and got the remainding 70 in a good 15 minutes.

I can confirm that Spectral is not required for the second arc - both arcs opened fine for me with just Pirate.

[/ QUOTE ]I got Bling at about level 29.95, and I dinged 30 while I was still in the same mission. So by the time I actually talked to Doc Buzzsaw I was level 30.1(ish). And he is gave a misison. I've haven't completed it yet, but I did go in and the mobs were my level (set on default difficulty)

I didnt get Bling until 31, but I've had SG mode on constantly since level 10. It seems the only way possible to get it before 30 is to either take off SG at 25 as suggested, or do a ton of RSK.
[/ QUOTE ]I didn't switch off SG mode untill around level 27-28. I did do some fighitng in Bloody Bay after lvl 28 so I was exemplared down, but I wouldn't say I did a lot of that. I'm guessing that if I had turned off SG mode at 25, I would have earned the badge without any of the RSK'ing I did do.

Did you use either respec?
I tried talking to him after having used my 1st respec and not having gotten the 2nd and nothing. I got the 2nd respec, didn't use it and nothing. I did the actual 2nd respec trial and got an SO and didn't use the 2nd respec yet and nothing. I used the 2nd respec and nothing. I'm thinking of actually talking to the first respec NPC and then the second just to see if that does anything, since I've never actually spoken to either one.

yeap, tried both used and both un used. yet my friend who did both trials with me, and is 35, gets his missions. Seems odd that he wouldn't talk to me until 35, but 36 outlvls him. I chalk it up to a bug.

Hermod, any word on Kristof Jaeger yet? Positron didn't reply to either PM I sent, first asking when the longbow badge was getting fixed. Second was that if the longbow badge was not going to be fixed any time soon then why not change the requirement for the contact. This contact has been inaccessible since release and seems pretty stupid to not even address the issue.

No word yet unforutunately, I'm hoping they'll fix him soon.
37 Mastermind here. The only thing different that I and the 40 Brute did is that we talked to Arbiter Leery while still on the first respec. We finished it and picked the respec as a reward. The 40 Brute showed me where Leery was and I talked to him before we called in to disband the team. Everytime we talked to Leery while still on the original respec team, we crashed the entire Nerva zone. I crashed the zone three times, was kind of funny to see the broadcast after that.
This is the only thing we did out of the ordinary.
