to clarify..i was a level 30 and he gave me missions without any problems....it looks like he gave me two arcs that lead to:

souvenier: superfreak tracking device
souvenier: a freak starter

I can't find doc buzzsaw..i got the bling badge but can't find his location. can someone point me to him??
