He is on top of the first story or second of a multi-tiered buildng near the Crey Building.
He will give you a mission to take out Mynx (EB) and Back Alley Brawler (Hero) so be sure and bring a team.

I can give info on Tarixus. I've been playing badge-hunter for my SG, and in the process I picked up the Lore Keeper badge (I think- this is the Children of Enos history badge?). Yet when I stopped to chat with Tarixus, he wanted nothing to do with me. He told me to talk to someone else- female, two word name, both starting with C's, last one was Crush or something like that. That would determine if, 'our fates are intertwined' I think he said.
You're refering to Crash Cage, but after you finish that contact you need Lorekeeper to get him to give you missions. Otherwise you're to uneducated or something like that.
So if you out level these you are hosed. . .??

I am not being a [censored] about the response, that is what we have been told by statesman. THey don't want us to expereince ALL the content with 1 character. Instead they want us to be Sybil and have multiple personalities to experience everything.
(Yes it is ignorant, and once All the badges are found and all, I will be writing up a way to get everything done to get all badges (except event) with 1 charcter for those coming inot the game so they don't have to be inflicted with altitis.

I didnt get any temp powers or a badge for doing Crimson's series. Just had the fun of fighting Back Alley. Did it with VG and we racked up about 60K prestige from it though. So I think these may just be fun mini-arcs with no rewards Did get souvenirs for those interested in that.
I'm doing the Johnny Sonata series tonight and will report back.

I had Lore Keeper the first few times I spoke with him. That didnt unlock him. Was doing a paper mission and earned both the Soul Binder and Weed Wacker a couple of minutes apart. After that Taraxis would talk to me --- though I had outleveled him.
The others seem to be kicked in by one badge so I can only assume that it is just the Soul Binder or the Weed Wacker.
At this point I am assuming that Weed Wacker is for killing Succubi.
GO to the crey building in Nerva, it's the building with the Tech and Science Quartermasters.
Stand with you back to the sign, you will be facing a TsingGuns building. Jump to the first level of the roof, it's got two levels. Walk around to the north side of the building and you will see him standing on a platform. His name is Crimson Revenant, he is at .. -1.5 107.9 6646.2.
Tarixus is confirmed for Lorekeeper. I just finished all his missions on test looking for any further bugs (only one is souviner is borked)

If he mentioned Crash Cage, then you're *probably* talking to Diviner Maros (near the ferry) and not Archmage Tarixus (near Potter's Field). Maros looks CoT-y, Tarixus like an Arachnos Mu mage.

I am wondering if they changed Lore Keeper. Took a VG mate to get it. we followed bot and in-game map and the vidiotmaps.com series that I used to get it a while back. He went to each plaque twice --- one in VG mode and once not --- and he did not get the badge.
