Regarding your Veluta issue, unfortunately both of her storyarcs are the set at the same threat level and it appears that you have already progressed beyond these tasks. So unfortunately you will not be offered this second group of missions. If you have any other questions or comments please feel free to contact us again.

I went to Veluta at 9 with PIRATE, said come back at 10. We did, did phil arc (had to do it twice), got souvie for that but she won't talk to us now for other arc for that souvie.

So what this is saying is that if you level doing one story arc (which we got TWO levels off of it the FIRST time, not counting the second time we had to run it to actually get the souvie) then you bonk yourself right out of range for the other arc.

Yes, this was about a week ago. In fact their response implies that she is NOT a level 10-15 contact. Since you can only get the missions at one level (in our case we were 10) then she can't possibly be 10-15.

Not according to my email she's not. The email from support clearly said she gives both arcs AT THE SAME LEVEL. We were ten implying she's a level 10 contact.

She was SUPPOSEDLY a 10-15 when we first talked to her. And unless the PIECE OF SPIRIT WORLD or whatever arc requires the 100-kill badge then something is wrong with is since she wouldn't talk to us at 9 with pirate and gave us the supposed second arc at 10.

Also considering we had to do the arc twice says she's broken ANYWAY.

I have one unused respec (I only did the 1st respec mission one time), I am level 35 & Leary will not give me missions either.



Also was the team leader of the respec trial (but that shouldn't matter).

As of yesterday when I checked, Arbiter Leery offered my level 40 MM, who has done and used both Respecs, missions.

I haven't ran any of 'em, but the first is in my Mission list now. When I get home from work, I can check if he'll offer missions to my level 40 Stalker who has done both respecs, but only used one; in hopes that we could check another variable.

I am level 39, used first respec, and holding the second one in reserve, and arbiter leery is offering me missions.

Currently a lvl 40, did both respecs, used both respecs.

I was unable to unlock Leery until the patch hit last week. He would only tell me to go seek the two respec contacts before the patch hit.

Currently running his missions - which is cool as I ran out of contacts at lvl 38!

Well not that anyone is commenting on my Veluta posts but there's definately an issue there that needs to be resolved and I'd like to keep everyone updated.

We got the second ghost badge (at level 21) and she won't talk to us.

I'm going to take my roomies alt (who's only 3) and get him both badges with my (now) 23. He'll go to her every time he levels.

If the email I was sent is right she won't talk to him until he's 10. If that's the case (he'll have both badges) we'll have to see what she does.

If she send him on the Phil (copy of files) arc then she's broken. Her first arc doesn't trigger. If she gives him both then the FIRST arc requires the SECOND badge and vice versa. If she talks to him at 5 then either she's ONLY open for the arcs at 5 and then 10 or there's something else screwy there altogether.

Since this thread has become long and unwieldy, especially with people reading the opening page and taking information from there that has since been corrected later in the thread, I started a new thread with all the updated info. Of course, with Veluta still being buggy, even that needs testing. Please see Hermod's Guide to Unlockable Contacts. I6, ver 2.0.

Presumably the one right near where he's underground. I'm not sure though since I've never gone to him. I've just read on the forums he's in an out of the way corner in a building.

im no good with coordinates any idea of what section of the map hes on?

The building is the BIG FREAKING PYRAMID. You can't really miss it.

No since there's no unlockable contacts with the exception of a couple TF members. Their requirements are easy, do the contacts in that zone (striga/croa) and get introduced to the contact from the last contact you get in the zone.
