Maybe you mean Indomitable Will. If so, you can try to mez them, but the power is not perma. You and a Dominator friend can try to hold said Controller or just wait for the power to wear off.

37 Mastermind here. The only thing different that I and the 40 Brute did is that we talked to Arbiter Leery while still on the first respec. We finished it and picked the respec as a reward. The 40 Brute showed me where Leery was and I talked to him before we called in to disband the team. Everytime we talked to Leery while still on the original respec team, we crashed the entire Nerva zone. I crashed the zone three times, was kind of funny to see the broadcast after that.
This is the only thing we did out of the ordinary. -
Random interjection: usually when people say a word is a verb, it's not. It's usually an adverb. The same goes for nouns and adjectives...
