Not an emote, but sorta like one. I would think it would be nice to have customizable font for the villians, like the sorta drippy kinda font that nasty evil abhorrent villians sometimes emote.

Definitely! It is a bit disconcerting to see the mages of the Circle of Black Thorns smacking their fists and talking smack like gangstas, while Hellions breaking into trees and fire hydrants seem particularly erudite...

Im seriously in love with the gun emote to.
But make it a one shot and slow moving making a large kick at the end with a large recoil. Dont make it fast and exagerated like the malta gungslingers.

Scooby Doo ending emote. Not sure how you would do this, but I think it's a necessary one.
Just smoking would be a great villian emote.
Holding and sipping from a wineglass would be good.
Pushups. Pushups are pretty evil.
Popcorn. You pull out a bag of popcorn and munch from it. For when the heros are in your evil trap.
Very drawn out maniacal laugh:
Start laughing with head down, hardly moving then as head starts tilting back the laughing becomes more overt(think thats the word).
Another one, long as well...
Kneel down with white flag as in the surrender emote, but quickly stand up and do the "up yours" one or something.

I would like to see Mad Scientist emotes...like uncontrollable laughter, clutching at sides shuddering from laughter, or laughing at the sky. Sortof like (IT'S ALIVE...IT'S ALIVE!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAA) ala Dr. Frankenstein, or maybe like Zephyr from Ragnarok the Animation as he pulls his greatest spells and laughs from the sheer enjoyment from the destruction.
At the very least, smiles should be sneers. Also, rather than a hand wave emote and:

I'd be happier with a nice grandious sweeping arm gesture, followed with a nice pompous stance, arms akimbo, head held high, to go with:
Step aside, maggots! This level 10 Natural Offender is coming through. You'll be taking orders from me soon enough, or my name isn't Thaddius Hornswaggle!
Also, some spitting.
And quickly peering to the left and the right, as if checking for the capes.
And perhaps an overly-innocent, hands-in pocket whistle complete with lazily kicking an imaginary pebble and finding something suddenly interesting in the sky, cause you know I didn't do nothing wrong, ossifer!
And maybe something where you make a "psst!" sound out of the corner of your mouth, and with your arm down at your side, thumb over to the right and accuse the guy next to you. Someone's gonna fry, but it ain't gonna be me!
If you could restrict it to a group leader (or anyone with minions of some sort), an emote for "GET 'EM, BOYS!!" would be quite lovely as well. Why scuff my manicure when I have perfectly good meat to throw into the fire?

So when he mentioned sexy dance for villains and villanesses it was the first thing I thought of...
A villainous "Bring it on/Prepare to die" stance.
Running around in a circle waveing his/her arms in the air yelling "The Heros Found Me".
The 'stroke chin' and 'twirl mustache' ones are manditory. Some others...
;headache - The villain stands with his head down, thumb and index finger pinching the bridge of his nose.
;givemeaminute - Villain holds up his right index finger, as if saying, "Give me a minute," and then turns away.
;owfoot - Hop around on one leg as if something heavy was dropped on his foot.
;owhand - The villain shakes his hand as if he hurt it when punching something.
;boo - Various cat calls, thumbs-down, general dismissiveness.
;scare - Jump from a crouch, as if to scare someone.
;scoreX - Instead of the hero putting up a card, the villain presses a buzzer (like the players on Jeopardy use), and a number in cheesy, 7-segment LED numbers appears above his head.
;detonate - Use old-fashioned dynomite plunger-detonator.
;imsoscared - Mock fear. Exaggerated nail-biting, "Oooh, nooo!", etc.
;ivegotit - Exclamation of joy. Like those weird Old Navy commercials where people get excited about breathing air and cutting the grass. Follows headache or givemeaminute well.
;hangman - Mock placing a noose around his head, and hanging himself with it.
;shootme - Mock shooting himself in his head with his finger-gun.
;sepaku - Mock ritual suicide by pretend drawing a blade across his stomach with both hands.
;takeheraway - Point off to the right with the full arm, while pretentously looking down his nose to the left.
;immelting - Mock death as if being melted by acid (or water, if that works for you).
