I really want mood emotes. A constant animation that reflects the avatars mood. This is a feature that is in other MMOs that add life to the atmoshepe of the game. As of now in CoH everyone is in one of three stances that are part of a looping animation.

I'd like to see a few more 'feminine' emotes.
I'm still disappointed that CoH doesn't even have 'curtsey'.
How about some classic evil-female emotes, perhaps a sultry stroke on the target chest with one finger followed by a slap. Maybe a rake with the fingernails (extra lengthened) or a simple arms-out-spin-and-classic-pose....or just a knee in the groin, even?
Twirling moustache and rubbing hands together in semi-circular motion. Shaking your fist in the air with some banther. Sinister gloating over a incapacitated body.

The reason those were not included was the Devs tried them out using the Huge model and figured everyone would be laughing too much to play the game. 
Well..City of Heroes allowed male heroes to smoke cigars..it's way past time for females to smoke cigarettes, possibly with the long black holders, that would be neat I think

The why not make a few gender specific ones? It gives some identity to our characters rather than the generic 'bow' and 'yoga' (which I still want to be able to do whilst flying). Emotes ARE just fun after all...

Hmmmm... so many options, I would want some new things like Push Ups, and Sit ups, besides just Jumping Jacks.

Also: Anyone remember the old "Get Smart" show? The head villian of K.A.O.S. used to always be admonishing his minion: (read with a cheezy-fake German accent) "Schtah-kah! Ziss is K.A.O.S. !!! Ve don't 'voom voom' here!"
Plus, I think some (forced) dramatic camera moves woudl enhance some of the previous ideas...
For the "Khaaaaaaaan!" yell or even many of the maniacal laughs, the camera should draw in real close then lift and zoom out, looking down from above (perhaps rotating)...
For the "hunched shoulders-skulking followed by sudden looking up over shoulder" emote, the camera needs to finish zoomed REALLY tight on the villian's left eye (with a dutch tilt).
and a couple specifically for the "Mastermind":
1: "Minion! Step forward!" as the minion steps forward, the Master pulls out a little box with a button on it, presses the button, and whereever they are, a trap door opens up under the minion and it falls into a pit of sharks, and the door slams shut.
2: The Master puts his arm around the shoulder of the minion, "oh, Of Course I understand, my minion, it wasn't your fault..." then the Master pulls a knife out and stabs the minion with it. "...and I Forgive you."
Then you could follow those with the villian patting/swiping his hands as if to dust them off and say "Now, any other questions?"
How about the "thumb drag across the neck" (as in simulating cutting ones throat)

Of course there is always the old stand by "I'm playing the world's tiniest violin for you." It shows you care while still being condescending and very villian-y. I also have a personal favorite pose that i call the angry squirrel. It is a semi-crouch with the hands pulled upto the chest in a pounce-like pose and an angry face. Trust me, when i use this on squirrels they know better than to mess with me, and i think heroes will feel the same way. 
It's kinda cool to come back and see which emotes made it in.
Still a lot of good ideas that could be added yet in this thread too.
