Just set the better image quality bar to the top, and the colors shouldn't be changed, or press the customize button, and change the colors to the maximum which is 255 colors.

By the way, I tried to optimize Spinning Top's avy. 249KB I could probably collapse it more it but not enough time atm. ^^
