Variations on fist shaking emotes. From the classic one handed, "I'll get you!" to the more modern two fisted "Curse you!!"
I suppose a variation on the point emote, so it somehow looks more like ordering the dogs wot bark bees to attack (Simpsons reference, but we've all seen villains do that point, at least)... if nothing else, a turned head and THEN the point. Bent knees and foward lean a bonus.
A Segway. This would be better as a power vehicle or something, but at the very least. If you don't understand, watch the MTV's award show - VMAs? - where Justin Timberlake is riding around on one. Just pull it out, stand on it, and tilt forward and backward a little.
Palms together, tap like fingers together in sequence.
Extra points if the fist shaking or a varient can be done while defeated.

(Like the current taunt, but first point at the target.) for villians with capes: how about a emote were you pull your arm across your face while holding the end of your cape so your whole body is inside the cape. A good laugh would follow.

Heroes have minigame emotes that include coin toss, dice, and paper rocks scissors, but what would villians get?

- Although many characters will put their fist in the air, thumb towards the face, and shake it the *really* evil villians will actually keep the hand open with the fingers curled as if clenching a ball but not really closed in a fist. Then shake that upraised hand. I would call it "/grasp."
- Single fist in the air, thumb towards face, shake.
- Double fists in the air shaking.
- One hand thrown up half covering face - like the classic vampire sees sunlight pose.

Take a good look at the main villain in Batman 1 and 2 (The Joker and then Penguin). Both perform some of the well know villain moves we identify with from comics.
really like to see a nervous pace and also a nervous hand wringing. Kinda like the wicked which of the west. taunt can be with the hands out out wide and chest out and the villian hits his chest like "what do you want! or t a piece of me!"
Some over the top villian victory dances. Villians usually have their moment of victory. Maybe an "I'm number 1" dance and a "you can't touch me" dance.
They need a leer and an intimiate stare.
Kicking the ground in anger and also kicking the ground in fustratin. (be nice if a puff of dust was sitred when they did that.)
Be nice if they crouched like they were waiting to pounce in stead of kneeling.
Like to see a sneaky/stalking walk. A shssing motion to keep everybody quite before you spring your attack.
How about a spray can? The graffitti got there somehow?

lol, I was thinking the same thing. The problem with him is that no one has a goatee that long. If I'm thinking of the same action you are where he keeps grabbing his long beard and flipping it to one side.

darker, evil versions of flex....EX: Flex one bicep, and tap on it with finger.

A long, "I'm the villain and I'm going to explain to you how I'm going to destroy the world/ kill you/ undermine world governments", emote, where he strides back and forth in a line, making huge sweeping gestures, with a final guffaw.

Didn't read the whole thread, forgive me if I repeat something.
There should be either some emotes, or ultimatly, the ability to choose your death animation. So instead of just simply going 'flop' on the pavement, you could have:
1) drop to one knee, gasp, fall on your back with one hand stretched skyward, the arm shakes momentairly as the villan gasps 'i was soooo cloooosseee....' and the arm falls
2) huge backwards arch as if struck from behind and a slow fall to the knees, the arms come up in a shock/suprised position (kinda like flex1), then falls backward facing up
3) villain grabs his chest, staggers back and forth a few paces, gives a long scream of rage, places his arms in front of his face with elbows bent so his hands go over the top of his head, drops down into a fetal position on the ground
4) even cooler : villain stands in the eagle position with arms and legs spread, and screams in rage as his body begins to shake, and then explodes in a cloud of smoke/liquid/electricity/whatever
Ooh... a "Dying" emote where the villain collapses to his/her knees grabs at their own throat and finally collapses. Yes... I am a Drama Queen.
