What more could make you want to kill a villain that this?

Almost forgot these:

21) hunched over, panting and salivating like a rabid dog (Reminds me of Gollum) =^P~
22) Hiding behind another villain and peaking over shoulder
23) exorcist 360 head turn
24) maniacal laughter while revealing super-imposed skeleton (like Lucan in the EQ2 movie)
25) peel off face to reveal flaming skull (complete with high-pitched laughter)
26) fuming mad (literally in the case of fumes surrounding the villain - sort of a dry-ice entrance - or emerging from head)
27) using cape to turn away and vanish [for use with invisibility or phase shift]
28) diabolical gesture with palms facing one another, and various forms of energy passing between them (fire, energy, electricity, dark miasma, glowing green plasma, etc.)
29) scared stiff - eyes widen and toon becomes statue
30) melting - character is scared into liquid puddle (Major Toht in Raiders of the Lost Ark)
31) rears up edges of cape (Dracula-style)
32) eerie clicking sound (like the bug creature in Mimic)
33) deep growl (like T-rex)
34) hissing (like Aliens)
35) cat arch (like the quintessential Halloween cat)
36) hand to lips then to rear - "kiss my [censored]" (perhaps in the upper end of the game rating)
37) fetal - character falls to the ground and quivers in a fetal position
38) putting on sunglasses ... "it's on" (Wesley Snipes ... in just about any of his movies)
39) palms up, widening to open arms - "Is this/that all you got?"
40) momentary, hot, glowing eyes (complete with humming sound) - as if to sear your soul. This would be very eerie looking for a whole group to do this simultaneously.
41) the Gollum happy dance (in TTT, the morning after he supposedly was rid of his alter ego)

14) "It has begun!" (from Mortal Kombat) both hands outstretched, palms up, head slightly back
15) golf clap
16) low crouch - ready to pounce
17) Blade/Musashi circle of death drawing
18) arms folded, chest out - Thrawn/Magneto, etc.
19) arms crossed at wrists, slightly nod - Boba Fett in RotJ
20) any classic Kung-fu/kata/kenjutsu postures/guards
