  3. -I'm pretty sure you won't get the set bonuses (while exempting) from powers that your not able to have at the elvl.

    In other words.. just because you have lvl20 Stupify's in Repulsion Bomb doesn't mean you'll be able to get the stupify bonuses at 15.

    In order to get the global bonuses from that lvl 44 power you'd have to be exempt to 39 or higher. So you might as well slot lvl 44 IO's in Stupify.

    I think im correct about this lol.

    I'm not even sure you meant them to be lvl 20.

    fyi purple recipe global bonuses work at any exemp lvl.
  4. see if i can answer some questions first before the boss gets here.

    -I don't think the mines have changed.

    -you can kinda use CJ like hover, as far as attacking from above.

    -Cloak + SS = invis.

    -the tohit debuff in SG is tiny. there's other good reason's to take SG but its def skippable.

    -if you have tons of attacks hasten is definitly skippable.

    -you mentioned "two more toggles if you take the leaping pool", CJ is basically zero end usage

    -the soft cap for any AT is 45%

    -don't forget that defense from stealth powers is halved once you attack.

    -I wouldn't slot CJ or hover for defense (beyond the LotG:7.5%) it only gives like 1%ish more defense when slotted?

    -I wouldn't skip Temp Invul just because yer going for defense...but really, PvE is easy so nothing is required.

    -Explosive Blast is puny, but its a AoE..i could go wither way with that one. It might be a good place for the FF:chance for recharge?

    -Repulsion bomb is a nice power. I use it as a attack even tho it's also low damage. It's got nice mitagation with the KB and stun (dont for get the stun!). It does have a long animation tho..I use it as a opener.

    -I wouldn't take any rez power, especially since there's a craftable (10 uses) temp power at WW's. There's also a day job and the good ole Awaken

    I wouldn't spend this much on a ice blast but yeah.

    capped hp. 41 kb pro. some range boost (you can swap glad javs for Centriole's)

    I know Drain Psyche is a beast recovery debuff. I dont know how affective Scare is.

  10. I added some thoughts to yer build. just added a little more HP and better (imo) io sets.

    you don't have any immob protection so that might suck in pvp. You'll have to be quick on the phase if you get grounded.

    I was gonna spend more time on this but its time for happy hour!

    btw Life Drain does excellent damage in pvp.

    ooh and if you put Kismet:Accuracy in Venge...you'll only get the buff after venge is activated, so you want to put it in a toggle you always use like Stealth, CJ or Hover.

    -what you have listed looks good for SO's.

    -I went ahead a made a build with a small amount of IO's that give you the most bang for yer buck.

    alot of the recipes I used you could probably buy for 1 influence, but the salvage and crafting cost will cost @ 300k each (if you buy lvl 49).

    btw lvl50 recipes have a crafting cost of 500k.
    lvl49 recipes have a crafting cost of 250k. <--save moneys

    also every recipe will have different salvage requirements depending on the lvl of the recipe.
    example lvl41~50 will have the same salvage requirements, but that same recipe lvl 40~25 will require different salvage (usually cheaper).

  18. well if you're using Hover, I'm leaning towards the ranged build.

    You could always take Mace mastery with the ranged build and get a chunk of sm/leth defense.

    I'm not sure about EM pulse. The slots might be better spent elsewhere but idk.

    both the builds look good, you'll prolly want the Cardiac alpha.

  20. I wouldn't use Adrenal Adjustments or Serendipity's, and Red Fortunes are too good to pass up!

    Resist Physical Damage is a "auto" power and therefore isn't worth slotting imo, so i put those slots elsewhere.
    (by taking out those 3 slots, your sm/leth resist went from 90% to 88% and your smash/leth defense was also lowered by 1.25%). In return that freed up 4 slots total.

    if you're worried about cost, don't be afraid to craft lvl 40 recipe's. The salvage required is different and usually cheaper.

  22. minor tweaks made.

    you had 2.5% recovery seven time's..only the first 5 will count so i got rid of two 2.5% recov. (btw regen is worthless unless your a scrap/tank imo especially if you have a self heal)

    keep in mind, if you got the first tier Cardiac incarnate, it would be like having a Endurance Reduction SO for every power (and would free up many slots).

    oh, and im sure you know Telekinesis is a beast on the end usage. It's double the end drain of RI and EV combined.

    this has faster recharge on AM and Consume, and has a PerfShifter proc.
