Kin fender + Mids + FS
Slotting damage cap and buffing damage cap are two different things.
I'm not sure if I'm understanding you correctly, but basically you'd need to hit 12 targets to achieve damage cap (300% from buff plus the base 100%).

Oh..so your saying..that first 100% comes from the 99%ish + damage slotting in attack powers? And then the FS goes on top of that? If that makes sense.
Mids is still odd...if I look at the damage info..I am at 30% (for being a solo fender) + 8.5 % from sets + 125% (5 stacked FS) + 100% (damage slotted attacks) which in mids..equals..213%. Which obviously does not add up correctly..Also, after 5 stacks of FS, if I increase it in Mids..the damage on my attacks does not improve at all. Also..oddly..the info in mids is showing a fender damaged capped at 400 not 300. Could that have something to do which teh strange numbers?
Damage starts at 100% before you do *anything*, so that 30% is actually 130% in reality and the "global" buffs in Mids won't include anything that you've gained from enhancements, since they're a per-power buff.
The damage caps are buff caps, thus a 300% "cap" is actually 400% if you include the 100% default.

A L21+ defender caps it's damage at 300% on top of those 100%. That means the actual damage cap is 400%.
Fulcrum adds 25% damage buff per target. Therefore, 100% + 12*25% = 400%

Do you mean literally seeing the tics, as orange numbers, on your monitor, or are you monitoring the power in your Combat Log? If it's the former, most rain powers overload the game's/your PC's ability to render all the ticks.
Ohh..I meant literally..will check combat log. Didnt even consider that!
Checked my combat log..had to get pet damage showing..and it is doing TWO tics..not three.
I didn't take Assault on my kin defenders.

I have been playing around with an updated build for my kin/archery defender in Mids and have come across some weird things. Now, I know teh fender damage cap in game is 300%...yet in mids, with FS set to 4-6 stacks..the damage on my attacks is capping out.
Is that just an error in mids? Basically, I am trying to work out, on average, how many FS stacks I need to cap my damage..and is taking assault is a waste, or if it could mean one less stack.
