Thanks for showing me that build although your regen is almost double of mine it uses powers I would most likely not pick for my self.
I do appreciate it because it gives me a comparison for the other numbers and mine seem to be pretty close.
minor tweaks made.
you had 2.5% recovery seven time's..only the first 5 will count so i got rid of two 2.5% recov. (btw regen is worthless unless your a scrap/tank imo especially if you have a self heal)
keep in mind, if you got the first tier Cardiac incarnate, it would be like having a Endurance Reduction SO for every power (and would free up many slots).
oh, and im sure you know Telekinesis is a beast on the end usage. It's double the end drain of RI and EV combined.
this has faster recharge on AM and Consume, and has a PerfShifter proc.

Just for comparison, look at this build. Perma-Hasten and AM. Lots of Recovery, plus Conserve Power if you ever run into a problem. Total Dom and Mass Confuse (how could you skip Mass Confusion???) recharge in less than 64 seconds.
By the way, since I-18, Fly is at Flightspeed cap with no Flightspeed enhancement. Putting Flightspeed in Fly is a complete waste. Flightspeed enhancement are only useful in Hover.
I added Confuse and Mass Confuse since they are key powers of the set. Telekinesis is the most skippable power in Mind Control because it is difficult to use and is very situational. Power Boost with the Mind Control powers, especially Mass Confusion, is sick it is so overpowered.

Just finished a 'final' build on my Mind/Rad last night running with t2 (Destiny: Ageless) and t3 (Alpha: Spiritual).
Though I have near perma Hasten without either (downtime is like 2 secs), and perma AM. Damage is nothing to write home about but I can solo containers/crates in Lam (t1 judgement so far) -- Though in all honesty it's the confused mobs round the item that do 90% of the damage. Quite aside from the fact that I have two powers for cheap purple sets (Sleep & Confuse).

Just wish I'd seen this thread before I respecced last night. Hadn't thought to take slots from Lingering Radiation to boost recharge in AM via Efficiency Adaptor (x6 bonus). And other powers could use extra slots too.
Thanks for all the new info; I might have to go back and decide if I want to keep certain powers selection or not(Thematic reasons only).
As for using the confuse powers, I did have them when I was leveling up but removed them @50 respec because I mostly just use him for gm and incarnate trials (which mobs don't seem to last very long anyway) but again I might have to rethink this.

If you have used Mass Confusion, then it only takes one application of Confuse to control a Boss, too. And again, you can do it without drawing aggro.

I was trying to get as much +end/ end reduction and recharge so I can use as many powers as possible.
The powers I have are the ones I would like to keep; I am just trying to improve his play.
