also the build is meh. you have practically no defense when out of shmeld, and you didn't take storm kick... which is like, the best ST attack scrappers have.
Also those 4% heal set bonuses don't do anything for you. They make dull pain heal more. That's all.

Regen needs an overhaul IMO. It's great for the early game, but becomes lackluster compared to defense sets later on. Just my 2 inf.

I think it could use minor buffage, such as the oft-suggested regen and/or recharge debuff resistance, but it's still pretty competitive as long as you're on top of it. I don't see a need for an overhaul.

Thought I would post this build for the other MA/REG toons out there. It took me a while to make and I don't plan on using it so It may as well not go to waste!
It has two purple sets included, hecatomb and armageddon. Though if you cant afford them just swap the heca for a set of kinetic combat and the arma for an obliteration set.
First things to notice:

- 318% Recov (base, 5.42 end per sec)
