I'm with Agge on this one. I can get 200+ KBps on four clients all downloading at once or 800-900 on a single client.
Is it possible that your ISP throttles traffic from certain sources? -
I think the phasing technology is only available in Atlas Park and Mercy Island.
Quote:Numina helped too.(Either that, or a future storyline episode will bring him back to life. After all, he's been dead before. Last time, Manticore killed himself to go drag him back to lifeĀ )
Development wise, without a ressurection, the easiest thing to do would be to replace Statesman with a new, non Marcus Cole, Statesman but I hope that the development will follow the narrative rather than the other way around. -
This might have already been said, but I think that shortening the cast times on the toggles in the Leadership pool might go a long way to reducing the retoggle heartache.
Is there a good reason why these powers take so long to toggle on? -
I think I could live with one, minor perk per origin without getting stressed that the change had invalidated my original choices. Disadvantages could create a lot of bad feeling though if they contradict character concept or change the way a character plays.

In that case, Ouro missions as close to level 30 as possible would seem to be the "sweet spot" for both middle tier salvage and desirable recipes.

Quote:I find that this, combined with AoE powers, usually means I get the badge without even having to think about it by doing Carnie tip missions.T1) When a Master Illusionist summons three Illusionists, you'll get defeat credit if you simply damage them before they despawn -- you don't need to defeat them.
As for Masks, in addition to the above, they appear in the area around Special Agent Jenny Adair on Talos Island during the night hours (game time), which equates to between xx:26-xx:36 and xx:56-xx06 every hour, real time. -

Quote:As Mike says, the time frame is 30 days and his link shows you how to view/change your limit. You should be able to see what points you have purchased in the last 30 days (and earlier) if you log onto your account throught the CoH web site.$100 per 30 day period by default - https://help.ncsoft.com/app/answers/...arket%20limits
if you've been buying them as you needed them... otherwise not sure what the problem would be. -
D/F/G/I accross four accounts. (Combined they would still not trouble C)

Quote:Is there any other way?...though the ;dance way of hiding Tough's animation is strangely hilarious. Behold! I express my increased toughness through INTERPRETIVE DANCE!
Seriously, I'm sure it would work with other emotes. I was trying it out on my netbook in coffee shop, which is a pain, and it was the first emote I could remember the name of. -
/powexec_name tough$$e dance
Seems to do to trick. It plays the dance emote instead of the regular one. You can try switching in other emotes and bind it to a key and use that to activate Tough.
Unfortunately there's still a chance the animation will play when you zone. I don't know what controls the order when the game try's to play all your "toggle-on" emotes at once. -
An upshot of this change is that occasionally knocked back enemies end up getting in a position where they can't stand up again while not actually being defeated.
Even if you target by double tapping your attack keys or tabbing it's easy to miss one if they're not in your front arc so, until this gets fixed it's probably a good idea to double check after defeating each spawn on kill-all missions. -
Assuming that you're playing in full screen you should pick the native resolution of your monitor.
Assuming that you're playing on a Windows laptop and Windows is set up correctly for the native resolution for the monitor you should be able to find the resolution on the Display Properties panel by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting "Properties" from the pop-up menu. On the laptop I'm typing on it's on the "Settings" tab of the panel but this may vary from version to version. (I'm in a coffee shop now so I've only got this machine to go by.) -
I think the same trick works with Maelstrom in the hero tip mission "Destroy the Bomb Triggers."

In my experience (15 years of PC self building), if you add memory to a system that does not have enough then everything will improve. If you add memory to one that does have enough then nothing will.
Back in the old SWG days I used to get a problem similar to what is described above as "frame rate loss". Going from 1Gb to 2Gb (might have been 0.5Gb to 1Gb) improved things dramatically but your milage may vary. It's a long time ago and a different game. -
Quote:Thanks. I'll probably go with two then. I've got a few characters who could make use of this.Slap three on the EndMod and you're just over the final ED threshold. (if you're using all 50s)
[EDIT]
To be honest, the difference is less than a full percent difference in endurance modification (47.95% vs 48.82%).
For some reason I was thinking it was a couple percent, but I think that's Hasten I'm thinking of. I've dropped hasten to 2 slots, with level 50 rech IOs boosted to +4 each which puts you just over the final threshold. That's a significant difference between 2 lv50s (245.5 not including Hasten's own buff) verses 2 lv50+4s (230.5 not including Hasten's own buff). -
Quote:I tend to use the same slotting (it seems pretty popular). How many Enhancement Boosters do you need to push the End Mod bonus to full ED level? I have a few vet reward ones lying around that I have not used yet.PShift +End, PShift EndMod, PShift EndMod/Rech, PShift EndMod/Acc. This gets set bonuses from the Performance Shifter pieces - +movement, +health, +recovery. If I wanted to squeeze a couple more percent out, I could Enhancement Boost one or more of them, but meh. Not worth the cost of the boosters.

Oh yeah. Why couldn't I think of that?
I agree. It would probably lead to sales that would not otherwise be made too so, unless there's some huge potential for exploitation that I'm missing, I can only think that the reason we don't have it yet is that they've not gotten around to it yet. -
All I meant was that a wish list (or wishlist) used to mean simply a list of things someone wanted.
Now that Amazon have loaded the phrase with the expectation that it will be backed by a particular service it's difficult to think of an alternative that would describe the CoH version. Shortlist (or short list) perhaps? -
What's lame is that Amazon (and others) have managed to change the meaning of a straightforward phrase so that people think that it's misleading when used properly.
The main use of the wish list is to tell the marketing people what people want to buy but are not quite willing to at the current price/time. I can't imagine that they're not data mining wish lists to drive special offers but if they're not then they should be. -
It's probably the tech Control auxillary item "Holodisplay"
http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Holodisplay
You craft it using a Basic Worktable rather than buying it. -
I usually end up dropping the badge somewhere between 40-50 from doing the tip missions "Miss Thystle's Plea" and "Broken Pocket Watch" (Hero Choice) which usually have a few Fake Nemesis.

I think that it is the door nearest the Arachnos base and tunnels at the west side of the dam.
If you can handle/can run past/are much higher level than the guards in the tunnel then there is another way to the north side through the tunnels. -

I am told that is a valid, if disputed, way of pluralizing an acronym. The apostrophe represents the missing "roup".
I don't like it anymore than you do - it seems me that, in that case, it should be "S'G's" - but there you go.
