You are most likely trying to use wrong door to dam. Just one of them will let you in again (think that right one have two longbows guarding them - might be mistaking about that). Just try clicking different doors around, one of them will let you in.

I have the Pocket D teleport power from one of the booster packs. I always use it at that part of the arc. That way i can leave Pocket D from the sewer cover in the hallyway and it drops you out into Faultline right near Mirror Spirit.
If you have it, it's quite an annoyance saver for that part.

I think that it is the door nearest the Arachnos base and tunnels at the west side of the dam.
If you can handle/can run past/are much higher level than the guards in the tunnel then there is another way to the north side through the tunnels.

Good to know I'm not the only one this happened to! I was thought I was trippin' until I figured it out.
Yeah that area of the zone could really use some map markers to make it clear. They marked all of the elevators (which people rarely use) but didn't bother to make the damn doors.
Hey, I am currently doing the missions arc where you are chasing your double around Faultline. Well I got into the Longbow base, captured the double and I am being told to go talk to Mirror Spirit. Well, I am locked in the Reservoir in the southern part and I can't figure out a way to get back up.
I went back through the dam I came in and it gives me a you cannot enter message, along with the helicopters around the reservoir.
Any help would be appreciated.
