I believe the math for the proc works if you are using it in the 3rd slot. Any earlier slot it doesn't help as much as a pure SO/IO

Need the definition of "short time".

How long is the -Regeneration duration of the Envenomed Dagger Temp Power? Does the effect last longer than the DoT? 10 Seconds, 15 Seconds, 30 Seconds?

Inquiring minds want to know when I should fit it into my attack stream to pin the EB/AV regeneration.

Also does it stack from the same caster?

+ Cons were only better for inf and XPs. Drops are based on rank (Minion, LT, Boss, EB, AV) no matter what level they are. I don't think there ever was a time where greater Con meant greater drops.

Sounds like too many arcs open. Even if you don't have active missions in an arc having the 'book' symbol by a contact means he has an open arc. The other possibility that adds to this is if you have gone to Hero status your old villain arcs still count against you even if you can't see those red side contacts.

My advice would be to clear some of those old arcs and come back.

A strategy I was involved with was to go into the warehouse and ignore the glowies and defeating all the ambushes. Then everyone group up near the AV spawn point drop their pets, nukes and the leader when around clicked all the glowies. The AV spawned after all the glowies were clicked right among all the buffed pets. He barely got his speech out before he was down.

So our answer to the minelayers was overwhelming firepower right from the start.

Current patch for Trapdoor puts no limit on the number of clones he makes. Someone reported seeing over 20 in play.

I don't recall there ever being a Hive TP Beacon. Yes two explore badges but no SG award or Beacon. The new Hive now has eight explores and no beacon.

These Rogue Police have debuffers which cause your accuracy and defense to go to spit. Take them down first and move away from the glue and acid mortars.

I believe the settings in a TF mission are based on/set by the first person to enter the mission not necessarily the team leader. Just what I recall people saying what the problem is.

I found that the Sewer Entrance Icons were not turned on on the Map when I entered Praetoria. Check your options and turn on Sewers to get down using Sewer entries.

Yes but some consider this a conditional use of the IO. Most would keep it in Tactics that way when Build Up is charging you are still getting a chance at the bonus Build Up

I know the Vanguard Day Job drops Merits for any mission complete. The MA Tickets I don't know.

Those sound like day job drops from a mission complete nothing unusual.

Usually the first response is to send a petition (not Bug Report) and they will restart the power. This is the first time I have seen that editing the base restored the power.
