Been like this since I19. Not sure if it's WAI or a bug, but either ways it's extremely annoying.

Main Hero: Inferno Sparky - Fire/Fire Blaster
Main Villain: Kerry Astrid - Fire/Cold Corruptor
It is a bug that was reported in Closed Beta and not yet fixed. The designed intent was to have the bonuses displayed.
Protector Server
Woeful Knight (BS/Regen/Body Scrapper)
Kevin Christian (MC/FF/Primal Controller)
SilverCybernaut (Eng/Dev/Munitions Blaster)
Apixie OhNo (Fire/Fire/Pyre Tanker)
Y'ru Glowen (Rad/Rad/Psy Defender)
They now display incarnate abilities. You can't expect it to display BOTH incarnate abilities AND set bonusses!
Something had to give.
This is a known issue. We are working on it.
I hope that the result is listing the Set Bonuses in their own tab.

As the title says, I can't see any set bonuses on my info screen, or anyone else's. A little odd.
