Unable to order Going Rogue Complete Collection pack

So for the past three days I've been trying to order the City of Heroes Going Rogue: Complete Collection Item Pack from the PlayNC online store. Every time I try to complete my order I get the following message:

" We're sorry, but we are unable to accept your order at this time. Please try again later or tomorrow. If you continue to have problems, you may wish to visit one of our retail partners."

I sent something to PlayNC support two days ago and haven't heard back...

Just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem?

Sometimes the accounts are only set to purchase a set dollar amount per month. Have you made any other recent purchases from NCSoft?

I saw that the monthly spending limit was 100$

The only other purchase made was a 15$ reactivation fee back on the 10th of this month for my account.

I would call them up and work through the issue that way. I had a problem earlier this month and had to work through the second tier guys into the Billing guys to get mine straight.

I had a similar issue when trying to buy several of the $10 "Packs"... For reasons I never got a direct answer on, I could only buy one "item" per day.

I hadn't set any limits on my account, not that I'm aware of - But I believe there had been an issue with a certain credit card company = having had a large number of accounts compromised on-line.

IIRC, it wasn't directly connected to CoX at all - but the NCSoft store (apparently) took some action to limit/minimize the possible negative ramifications IF CoX accounts connected to that credit card had been affected.

Basically = I had to wait and order them over the course of several days. Although I never raised a fuss about it with customer service, They might have been able to "fix" the problem somehow?
But... I figured that, as infrequently as I order stuff from the Online Store, having a one purchase per day limit on my account was probably a good thing - just in case.

I have no problem if I were able to order one thing per day, but I have been trying for the past 3 days to order just one thing, and get the error every time. I still have not heard back from NCSoft support after almost 3 days...

It turns out that since both my billing and permanent addresses are in Virginia, and I'm trying to order from an IP address in Florida (visiting family for Christmas) the online store flagged it as risk management and blocked the transactions.

Currently talking with support.
