She's been mod smacked a few times and shot down off her pedestal by some "reputable" people over there..
I think if they want to be taken seriously they should definitely back burner her more...Hard to take a movement seriously when you have Ms. Crazy Pants helping steer the bus.

See also: Aion, Lineage 2. I would NOT BE AT ALL SURPRISED to see one of those close down in the next few months. "But that would make no sense!" Well, duh. Nothing NCSoft does makes sense, really.
These people have a lot of crowing, doomsaying and repetition left to go, soon thier mission here will be over and they can find New Worlds to Conquer. And thank the Supreme Being for that small boon, at least.
Actually, I think that GW1 is probably the closest one to the chopping block

The GW1 community is no less committed than the CoH one, though (although it's even smaller these days). I would be stunned if there weren't emulators running almost immediately.

There's some kind of system where you can do things in GW1, and get a reward in GW2. Having never played GW1, I'm not sure what it is or how it's done, but it's there. Shutting down GW1 kills that, and gives old GW1 players LESS reason to try out GW2.

I just have a funny feeling that NCSoft in particular is not yet done cutting games off the vine, especially if their bottom lines don't pick up soon [and tbh, I'm hoping hard that they don't], so if I were playing Lineage or Aion I would be really, really REALLY nervous.
