Last I heard, Power Pools, Patron Pools, and Ancillary Pools are customizable. The only powers you can't customize are Hero/Villain Epic Archetypes.

Light blue suits, golf wear, yacht attire, and an unlimited supply of college sweatshirts. I'm good with this.

Suggestions:
Super Packs Done Right
Influence Sink: IO Level Mod/Recrafting
Random Merit Rolls: Scale cost by Toon Level

I agree. They not removing how the storyline started.
We still have content from 1-20 that is still there, even when we ascend as Incarnates...

I hope a gigantic one, because duration resistances don't stack in an accelerating manner like magnitude resistances**, making the tiny duration resists a bit quixotic.

** In other words, a 3.75% defense bonus is sometimes very small, and sometimes very large in effect when its stacked up. 10% mez resistance is always small, and increasingly unnoticeable as its stacked up (although its return is technically linear).

:edit: they are color tintable in the AE so it's possible, and they really are more like controller pets than MM pets... and they keep saying "patron pool" and dont say "the pool except the pet" soooo SIGNS POINT TO YES! if i am able to have a white Mu Guardian.... i just might pass out of happiness ^_^

We need to suggest them to remove the tricoder when I24 hits beta.
Im ok with the animation, and we can customize the colour.
We just need that stupid gadget gone.

I24 is one of my favourites issues ever.
Its like they took my wishlist and worked on it.
Still got some questions:

When and how will Celestial armor return? I cant wait to have it.

Another Tech armor for T9 VIP? Looks like a wrong move, we will only have Mecha and Tech Knight to choose. Would be better to have some variety instead all techy stuff... Still, waiting to see the new armor.

Will travel powers have a minimal VFX option? I want that better than tint superspeed or the onion rings from superjump... I want superspeed with no effect at all but my electric path aura

New zones getting a revamp? Or just missions and zone events? I hope we can see some nice stuff, like the newer buildings and parks over those zones.

This looks so great, I cant wait for beta.
CoH only gets better and better!

Synapse stated in a Comm Coffee Talk (Twitch.tv) that he wants to see how things go with just the +22% ToHit before looking into Domination = Inst-snipe.
Also Perma-Dom = Perma-Insta-Snipe so MAYBE a balance issue there?

Yes.

Pretty much every power that only affects the user will have a minimal/no FX option.

FUN FACT: That burst of light when you level up is actually the effectiveness escaping from your enhancements all at once.

Holy Thread Explosion!

Well Doms do need something with the whole snipe deal but I don't know what.

Who're you killing now to have him phase in and replace?

If it seems I'm harping on this thing... well, hey, you were the ones that decided to go with "Yeah, he *****, pillaged, and murdered his way across the Midwest, burning down all other survivors he couldn't make use of."

It's just... if he's blueside, that's condoning it. It makes him a hero now. It makes it forgiven. And there's NOTHING we can do about it. Can't say "Yeah, go to hell, Marauder. *POW*" He's a permanent, unmoving, inescapable figure saying "I got away with it all."

So yeah, really, think about it. Don't put him heroside. Don't make heroes work with him. It's not a morally grey thing to force on us. It's a seriously messed up thing we're forced to accept, and seriously insults our characters.
I would have no issue working with Maurauder on any of my heroes, and certainly not on my vigilantes. Emperor Cole or Mother Mayhem on the other hand . . .

I'm happy about the new issue but I also aggree with yogi the whole prae war was rushed. Ever since back in i6 when I started coh and heard about the prae, they were my fav vill group. Some of my heroes/vills had prae story lines before rogue even existed.. so when it came out that got me really excited.. so much that I actually came back to the game after I was gone for 2 years after the 8qe fiasco.com the world the lore everything about prae was done well. I actually soloed both the loyalist and res so that to not miss anything and I Hate PVE! Prior to i23 the progression of fighting the prae was goin well. I athleast thought we wouldn't be fighting cole till i24. Then I'm in mag trial fighting 8 avs. Talk about rushed they didn't even have the decensy to give him his own trial smh. It felt like the rest of his cohorts were the left over B squad. And most of them in the orginal story line were the strongest.. plus to top it off we mow throw his legion of soldiers like they were paper. For a dangerouse war harden planet that been fighting a war for last 40 years plus more tech advanced, we mopped them up with ease.. now in my opinion those zones are worthless

They should have went deeper.. drag it out at least one more issue

Something that went on for a year+ and spawned MULTIPLE incarnate trials, tfs and missions was RUSHED?

Not rushed meaning the work was rushed ... I mean the story was rushed.. last week when they had rikti invasions we could of been having more prae invasions.. the story just came and went .. the war was very small comparing the forces.. at least they could have destroyed croatoa or some place... from my expierince from the war it seems like we were invading them mostly.. and it was very one sided

That's becauss they were - we'd defeated all the other loyalists AVs except those last 3 ones, plus Nega-Pendragon.

We spent 5 Issues, 3 TFs, 1 Incarnate arc and 7 Trials spread over the course of almost 2 years to rout Tyrant and the loyalists and crush their dictatorship - that's deep enough

Actually it did feel like I23 was a rush job to cap off the story and box Praetoria up so they could move on to Battalion. Pendragon, Shadowhunter, the whole excalibur thing felt pretty shoe horned in to accommodate the Magi trial because it came out of nowhere and there was very little lead up to it (the elements of it that is. Obviously the fight with Cole was building the whole time). And we've got the devs saying fan reception to Praetoria wasn't what they'd hoped so it was time to press on.

Basically if we'd actually been digging Praetoria it might have gone on longer. I'd imagine, honestly, if they had a longer time frame to work with that Night Ward would have been in I23 and maybe a different trial, while the Emperor's Sword and Magisterium would have moved to I24 and the new stuff we're getting now would be I25 or would've been added as some of the 'aftermath' of the Magisterium.

but yeah I can totally see why people think it was rushed. For a climax it feels very rushed and sudden. it may not be an -accurate- perception, but it is a prevailing perception among the playerbase (among others).
