I think the community is sort of lazy and uninspired in a lot of ways, so for me this thread serves as a motivator. I mean, c'mon, you guys can do it. Play in perma-god mode. I'm sure that I'm not the only person who's figured this out, and I'd like to see others step forward with their epic feats.
This should serve as a rallying point. You CAN do everything with a single character. You don't have to live your in-game life in a role of mediocrity, just because someone on the forums told you that your goals were unreasonable! You can do it!

It would be neat to see someone do all of this stuff without I-Powers though. Even with the I-Powers I used, I think any other build duplicating the results would be impressive.

tl;dr
Drain Psyche is OP just like everyone was saying in that other thread. But everyone already knows that.
Drain Psyche is a great power, yes. It aids me wonderfully in my accomplishments. I like it quite a bit. Implying "tl;dr drain psyche" is not accurate, though! You can't do any of the above without good defense and resistance- The +regen is great, but it's not enough on its own to warrant high end enemy group soloing.
Even with that layered survivability, you can't expect it to last indefinitely. Eventually, if you just stand still, you WILL die. You need to be able to dispatch enemies quickly.
When it comes to power leveling and farming, the focus is killing things swiftly. Sure, Drain Psyche's self +regen aids in that, but the primary goal is to do as much damage as possible as quickly as possible.
The same goes for AV fights- You need to build the appropriate survivability and have well slotted single target attacks in order to dispatch your enemy swiftly.
Taking alpha strikes on Incarnate leagues? My Blaster has soloed entire bunkers on Keyes, gotten all the temps, charged terminals, gone back and done it again. This isn't just a "Drain Psyche is OP" case.
I think that there are other combos of sets and AT's that can achieve the same level of self sufficiency and greatness that I have on my Blaster. I regret that I've been forced to defend myself in this post, but please try to remember, casual reader, that the ignorance of one poster being corrected does not mean that I created this thread to brag!
Edit: To elaborate. The last poster is clearly intent on summarizing my accomplishments in single words, thus undermining them. You would think that this poster must have a GREAT character that is truly a gem in our game, that can accomplish all of these same things without any of the powers I used! Either he has found some unheard of, amazing way to beat the heck out of this game, or he is just bitter and jealous because his own accomplishments on HIS characters do not stand up to my own. I'll let you decide.

That's pretty cool! Recently I was thinking of making a dark/mental blaster recently to try this stuff...Up until I discovered i couldn't make blaster dark blast the same black color as corruptor blasts 
I've done some of that stuff with my dom before Incarnate content came out, he has around 45% ranged def and 32% s/l. I can do most of it without DP, but definitely need DP for AVs and GMs. I've never tried to solo a TF with him, could be interesting to try. I ended up moving, though, and now my connection is garbage. As a result I can't do some of that stuff anymore; you need fast reactions and no lag. Nowadays I mostly play tankers.
Nothing really amazing with any of my tankers, though the WP/KM could solo AVs before incarnates which is nice for a tank.

I have accomplished all of the above on my plant/psi/ice Dom. She's actually some what similar to your arch/mental except where she provides much more AoE control, she lacks the single target damage that your blaster has. So against large spawns, she's extremely effective, but against 54 avs and gms, her battles lean more heavily on drain psyche and it becomes a war of attrition. But all in all, same accomplishments as your blaster. My current project with her is to solo the itf on 54. I can finish most of the tf almost without dying, but I'm still struggling to take out rommy and his nicti buddies. But I'll get em sooner or later.

The build shows the ATE set in Blazing being +3. Is it possible to combine these? I didn't think you could, or that you could apply EBs to them.
Is this just an accident of applying +3 to everything?
This discussion has been had in the past, in a sarcastic sense, on this forum. Really though, it IS possible to do everything on a single character with a single build. I don't mean 'everything' in a trivial sense, ie: Clearly no Kin defender can cast ice shields.
Here's what I know a single character with just one build can do, though:
-Solo Giant Monsters. No temp powers or outside +dmg boosts, including Inspirations. And no Lore/Patron pets.
-Solo 2 level 54 AV's at a time with the same restrictions as the above-mentioned.
-Solo Task Forces, including Master of ITF.
-Farm as fast or faster than any other high end farming build. Power-level farming included, 1-50 in around the 2 hour mark.
-Solo enemy groups such as Carnies and Malta on 54x8.
-Mass-control entire 54x8 spawns, providing mitigation for teammates.
-Take and absorb alpha strikes single-handedly, providing a cushion for teammates.
-Permanently debuff hard single targets, making it easier for everyone in your party to accomplish a goal.
Now, this isn't meant as a brag thread. I'm curious to see other players potentially come out of the woodwork and display that they have also accomplished all of these feats on a single character with a single build.
I'd also like to raise awareness within the community that this is indeed possible, and to encourage people to strive towards reaching similar levels of excellence on their characters.
