Updates on the way: Steampunk, Gunslinger and Magic Packs!
I don't think any of the pieces are slutty since "slutty" is a subjective opinion of a woman's behavior.
I do like the Witch set, though. I've used it on three or four characters now. I was disappointed at the lack of certain other options for female characters in the magic set, however. |

My Portfolio
One time on a crowded weekend night, me and some pals saw a woman slow-walk from one end of Pocket D's dance floor to the other, and then leave. She looked completely naked. As naked as a Barbie doll, anyway. Naturally, we were all flabbergasted and I did the only thing a guy should do in that situation. I ran to Trina the Body Sculptress and messed around.
I never actually appeared in the game naked, but I could. Knowing is half the battle.
Anyway, carry on.

I might use the Jacket Proliferation, but that's all. I don't have the Gunslinger pack.
But thanks for finding the time to do this! That's awesome!
And congratulations to those who will get a lot of use out of this!

Biggest Troll on the forums? I'll give you a hint:
None of this has anything to do with my reaction when a dev spends their free time between landmarks trying to untangle our irrational jumble of wish lists and decides to try to give us something they think at least some of the players would appreciate. Anyone thinking that that moment is the perfect moment to address the fact that the options being provided highlight a perceived injustice in the game has in my opinion chosen extremely unwisely and I plan to give the assertion a weight as far below zero as I can muster.

Gonna be honest... the only thing I really have an issue with there is the boots/shoes (I can't tell if they're supposed to be one item, but it looks like pink fuzzy socks and hard orange plastic shoes.) The rest of it looks pretty flamboyant, sure, but aside from the glitter, I wouldn't say it's effeminate. Like a modern day Jack Sparrow, even.
(And no, I do not mean homosexual when I say flamboyant.) But I'm an admittedly poor judge of fashion, which is why my wardrobe consists of teeshirts, jeans, polo shirts and khakis. |

Also, Dink, I applaud your initiative in addressing these concerns, and shall hope for similar bursts of gumption as time and resources allow.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

I can not tell you how strongly I disagree with this. regradless of the context this kind of "not suitable for children" mentality for trans dressing is...
... well, it angers me. |
But from a business standpoint, people should realize that the appeal for guys having high heels and corsets is a very small minority and would not pay for its development time. It's not that practical to ask the dev team to spend time giving guys purely women's clothes.
Asking them to give men's clothes to women though is pretty basic stuff. It's a lot more prevalent in society. I'm wearing pants right now. I'll be glad to gain some new pants from the Gunslinger pack.
Dispari has more than enough credability, and certainly doesn't need to borrow any from you.

Define "reasonable."
I only ask because it seems to be a fluid thing: Why the random costume button is the one thing in this game I hope future science never invents |
I TOLD him he needed to trademark that "Holiday Frostdrake" look, but he told me that when he tried, all he got back was a letter on USPTO letterhead saying "Iä! Iä! Cthulhu fhtagn!" over and over again.

*pantpantpant* Ok.. that would NOT be reasonable for any human being to wear in any context. But... outside of the fabric patterns... you could come close to that for a male toon - Kilt, jacket... et al.
But, since you asked - when I'm using the word reasonable - I'm referring mostly to this being a teen rated game. There absolutely are occasions when men wear corsets and fishnet stockings and high heels. And few of those occasions have any place at all in a teen rated game.
So, for me, in this context reasonable = appropriate for this game's rating.
EDIT: I see several people already beat me to the point that you could come very close to making that outfit now.

I'm very annoyed with this sort of update only because of one thing. Females already have more options for dynamic animated clothing options which in turn are 100% better then anything the males get. Yet the female characters still want the "lower" options that males have.
Dynamic animated clothes exclusive to females are
*Magic bolero tops (looks 10x nicer then trench coats)includes a new coat in the dynasty pack, animated.
*Gunslinger pack gives them a animated butt cape
*Butt capes for widows.
*The wedding packs head veil.
It's sooo not fair! T_T I'd be more then happy for equality if the males got to have such epic options too, but no we stay static. Why have trench coats not gotten any attention? could use more variations there anything animated honestly. *sob*

I'm thinking the last man to wear that much random was Doctor Detroit.
|
I'm also unsure as to whether I should be frightened or pleased that the main reason I considered the Pocket D pack was to use the hair for a Dr. Detroit homage. The Doctor holds a special place in my heart. I have many occasion in my working life when I'm reminded of his meeting to determine whether a fruit cup would be offered at the reception to present the Harold Robbins Chair in Literature. (Okay, now I've really dated myself.)

Most of those are not too strange, as fashion goes, but I picked the one that above all others looked like our costume editor exploded onto someone.

Also, I was impressed with the duplication of said outfit in the costume creator.

Looks like I'm about 20 pages too late, but I have to say this nevertheless:
Thank you!
This is amazing news, and for a whole lot of not entirely related reasons. In fact, let me count the ways in which this is awesome:
1. A developer worked on this project in her free time, just because we asked for it. Awesome!
2. We kept asking, and our voices were heard, giving us what we wanted. Awesome!
3. This brings a ton of variety to female costume design that's not limited to just being the distaff counterpart and girlfriend to the make hero. Awesome!
4. It's just a cool thing to do, and that, my friends, is awesome. I honestly can't find a single thing to complain about with this addition.
