Atlas Park rooftop park
Yeah, it's a great little place ain't it?
I haven't heard tell of any official in-game reason to go there, like a mission or anything. I think it's just one of those cool little touches that the devs like to put in here and there.
It was found early in the reveal. But, to date, no in-game use has been discovered except as a place for players to explore.

I had just logged out when I saw this post and had to log in again to see it myself. Neat place.
Don't count your weasels before they pop dink!
On Union it used to be a replacement for the Galaxy Girl RP place, given, y'know, Galaxy got nuked.
But then everyone and their pet troll thought it would be fun to amble in and start being a pain, so that lasted all of a week...jerks.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

That's cool Are there many more of these little places scattered around the game? It does sort of suck you can only enter a majority of buildings of you have a mission directing you to them
There's a couple places but giving away the locations spoils the fun of finding them. I will give you two hints. There's one in Faultline and another in Grandville.
I don't think it's possible to get to the original Arena Matrix room anymore.

There's also one in the Rikti War Zone.

There's a building in Atlas Park with a rooftop park under a dome that you can get into by clicking on the stairway door on the building's west side.
The building is along the south wall, about half way between the sewer entrance and the southeast corner. Location is -963.0 12.9 749.1 Is it for a mission? I wish there were a lot more places like this, where we can go into the buildings, aside from missions. edit: Changed location because I realized that the "inside" probably didn't really have the same location as the building. |

Q: How do you wreck an Abrams?
A: You crash into another one.

If you're talking about the Devs room in Grandville, I think that got yanked, too. Sad thing is I tried looking for it when the info about it first came out, but I couldn't find it. Then again when someone said it was trashed and still nothing. Finally someone said that it had been pulled.

Edit: Yup, it's still there. No Arachnoids this time, though.
Issue 16 made me feel like this.

2. Head far north to Cutlass Isle (the one with all the monkeys) and find the half-sunken door
3. toggle a flight power and log out
4. log back in, you will be under the map.
5. Fly south towards the arena
6. The arena will have two large room boxes on top of one another, fly under the bottom most one.
7. type /stuck

I love the aviary. If only it were in a more central location because the view it gives in its current location leaves much to be desired.

Think I found the RWZ mailbox Easter Egg.
SPOILERZ!!
At 772.0 42.0 124.9 there is a clickable mailbox. It says "Needless to say, these letters probably didn't make it to their destination."

easier way is:
#0. make sure you have an ouro portal or base tper or something.
#1. Go to peregrine Island
#2. head to the south eastern map edge when you get near it make sure to stay in the water so you hit the wall instead of going to Talos Island.
#3. from the corner swim north pushing against the eastern zone wall
#4. within 200-300 feet you'll hit a "snag" its basically a corner in the wall.
#5. swim directly into the corner of the "snag" and you can push through or if you can't push through jump a little bit.
#6. you are now outside the join wall so open your map and target the arena the go run off the edge.
#7. proceed to your marker making sure not to go to high or you'll pop back up through the ground.
#8. when directly under the arena type /stuck.
Same place just faster then logging and doesn't require a fly power.
Edit: I had western instead of eastern wall after saying to go to the SE corner.
