I would have liked to have a no brain/no bowl option, to make Headless Girl look better.
Any chance of getting that?
Its a shame those other Beam Rifle models still aren't availible, or I woulda used the one that looks like a critter...
Mostly because someone had to:

Throwing in my vote begging for a headless option.
Best thing would be for an invisible head, so that we could have floating hats, glasses etc..
Always remember, we were Heroes.
Since we're all doing it:

I fell in love with this set as soon as I saw the jar. There are other pieces I really like, but that jar is a thing of beauty.
After wiffle-waffling on powerset and AT for awhile, I ultimately settled on the name Bloodblast and went with a Rad/Pain Corruptor (concept - a sentient pool of blood in a containment suit - uses the empty jar with red liquid and the Steam Jets aura tinted red). I pondered going with /Poison, but I didn't like the trap, the inability to colour the tier 9, and some of the supposed-to-be-from-the-mouth animations (though had they looked like they were coming from the breather, I would have liked them just fine).
I was having trouble deciding between that and a similarly designed Brute named Punchbowl.

Maybe I'm just paranoid, but this makes me a bit uncomfortable..."Limited items" are a dark path, one which I really don't want CoX going down. I mean, if this is going to be a "Limited EVERY Halloween" thing, then I'm cool with it. In that case if I decide not to get it now I'll have a chance next year. But if CoX is going to start doing "one-time-only" bull**** then I'm going to lose alot of love for the game. Witht he exception of anniversary and unique event badges, nothing is truely "limited".

That said...
Dear Devs,
Please grant the ability to have glowing eyes with the Bat Aura.
Thanks for listening.

Until the women's Vampire Collar gets fixed the CoT hood fits in the collar area nicely and covers up all those holes.
If you squint hard enough you won't notice wear the the cape isn't attached to the collar.
Incidentally, here's a way to get eye auras with the brain jar:
1) Get your jar set up just the way you like it.
2) Switch to another head. Medieval helmets is nearby.
3) Set up the eye aura effect you want.
4) Switch your head back to the jar.
Note: If you open the aura tab again while using the jar it will change the aura to a setting without eye effects. Repeat steps 2 through 4 if needed. Also step 1 is really optional since you can edit the jar and other pieces as much as you want after setting up the aura as long as you don't open the aura tab while being all jarheaded.

A real showstopper!
Does anyone remember Robbie the Robot from the Forbidden Planet? He looked a little something like this:
What I'm getting at is that the there is a whole lot more that could be in the Think Tank than just a brain, or even just human heads. Computer processors, an ROV-style camera in a bubble, exposed circuitry, robotic eyes...
Or, how about we go the other way and make an OPAQUE Think Tank that you can't see into? Who knows what's inside. Maybe there's a head, maybe there's a brain or maybe there's nothing at all. It's opaque, we can't see into it.
I guess my point is... The Think Tank needs to be accepted as a legitimate head type, not a one-off eccentric head that gets added with a Booster Pack and never touched again.

The vampire high collar and the tank are ok.
But as for the rest of the pieces i just think they really poor quality. The vampire face is awful, so is the medusa one. And the fish parts, serpentine hair etc, it just looks rushed. I'd rather wait longer for new stuff to have it better made. |
