Like everything so far, only have a few nitpicks here and there with this set. Wished they could have released a hockey mask, and wished the Bats aura had a combat mode. Overall a good release. Hopefully the devs will hammer out the bugs real quickly

I love this pack, and couldn't hit the "purchase" button fast enough. I love that we're finally starting to see some variety. I've been green with envy at some of the great costumes that "other game" has been getting, while we were being given set after set of armor.

While I love the set in concept, its content is a very mixed bag. The "Think Tank" is sheer brilliance. I've had a character name reserved for *years* that I've never been able to come up with an adequate design for, and this piece finally made the character come together.

I also love the Vampire collar; I've wanted something like this for years. The high collar from the Magic pack was a barely acceptable substitute, but I'm thrilled with this new addition. These two pieces alone made the set with the price.

The bats aura is terrific, and I think I'll find use for both the Ascot and Brooch once they're fixed. The Medusa hair and Spider Web wings are nice, although I don't have any characters or concept that could make use of them. The Fish Monster pieces are very nice also, with only two complaints. First, I wish the "antenna" were removable, and I wish they had made a full body pattern to match the gloves and boots.

As for the not-so-good pieces, I would probably like the Beehive hairstyle if it didn't have the flip. (I also don't get it's association with the horror theme.) The included faces are not good, ranging from bad (Medusa), worse (Male Vamp) and worst (Female Vamp.)

Do you know what just occurred to me? A week ago, someone brought up Carnie Strong Man costumes and I said those couldn't happen because of how the helmets were set up. Well, take out their integrated shoulders and the Strong Man helmets are just the Think Tank made out of metal.

Does anyone realise just how BIG of an addition to the game this thing could be? I mean, just sticking to the same shape, think about what we could have for it:

1. Regular heads in the tank, bald and possibly with a small selection of face details.

2. Robotic gear inside, like cameras, gears, circuit boards and more.

3. "Pilots" inside the helmet, like a little green man, a goldfis, etc.

4. Non-human heads, like the fish-man head which can only breathe underwater.

5. Different shapes for the bowl, like an actual bubble fishbowl, a taller glass dome and so forth.

6. Different types of helmet, like a wire mesh helmet, an iron bird cage helmet, a Strong Man full metal helmet, an Astronaut's helmet and so on.

The possibilities this opens up are... Amazing! Please, guys, let's build on that!

I hear ya, Sam, and I agree. I've been thinking similar things. This shows the capability to do quite a lot. And I'd definitely like to see such things.
Although, it's really much like the Medieval Helmets and such, only it has some aura-like effects baked in and is even larger/bulkier.

Back to my Robby The Robot... I finally logged in to check the one aura I really wanted to try and I liked the result, hehe:

I would really, really, REALLY like to see a non-transparent version of the Think Tank glass bubble. The transparent one is great if you want to put something inside of it, but I'd like a non-transparent one for when I want to use JUST the bubble and not look like I'm purely headless.

The problem is that because the bubble is transparent, colouring it black just makes it disappear. Also, because it has very little opacity and most of its surface is just reflections, in low-light areas when there aren't many bright colours to reflect, the bubble just becomes invisible. Also, if you colour the bubble a pure primary colour and end up in an environment that's primarily made up of that colour, it becomes invisible.

Finally, even colouring the bubble white doesn't make it very opaque when in low-light conditions like the Pocket D's VIP lounge.

Please, can we please have an entirely NON-TRANSPARENT version of the Think Tank? The "Bowl" category has no options right now anyway, so why not make it toggle between Clear and Opaque?

*sighs* Well, I bought the pack. I don't think I'll ever use 90% of it, but apparently if you buy any individual piece, you can never go back and buy the pack at pack-price again. So I hedged my bets in order to put a cravat on my new dominator.

I'm not happy about it though :P

Ouch, is that how the store works with individual items and packs?
I had it backwards! Sorry I gave the wrong answer to someone before!!
I honestly thought it allowed you to buy packs after you've already bought individual items from within it.

The vampire high collar is definitely something I want. With that alone being 200 points, if I remember correctly, I figure I may as well buy the pack.
Plus, I do love the Think Tank and the Medusa Hair.
I mean, I like and would like to have the whole pack... I'm just a bit torn, because I'm not entirely a fan of the things they are pumping out with some obvious limitations and quirks if they are just going to keep firing and forgetting.
I feel like I want to support them making oddball and unattached costume bits, but I also don't want to support packs that have relatively few options and too many pre-baked color options and problems (without any intention of making things a bit better).

Torn I am.

I'm attempting to not sound overly critical about it all. I just wasn't a fan of decisions made with the Animal Pack, especially concerning some limitations and desired tweaks (that seemed reasonable) and then even more so with the Steampunk Pack (the first pack I did not buy). And then the CoT pack felt even lesser to me. The Barbarian pack won out for me though.
There is excellent work in all of these, but... certain limitations are turning me off.
Which... is okay. I'd just like to feel better about 'em!

That is the information I was given. Right or wrong, I didn't want to risk being locked out of the rest of the pack for cheap because I needed the cravat RIGHT NAO, you know?

Darn. I bought it hoping for that option. Oh well, points are 'free'.
