Will Every Month Be A Fight To Receive Reward Tokens?

I got my token sometime between 8pm EST to 9pm EST last night (Sunday, October 23rd). My Subscription date was October 19th. I'll have to do a little data mining of my chat logs to see if I can determine exactly what time of the day I reactivated my account back earlier this year (I don't think it was in the evening, however).

Considering a bunch of others also got their tokens this weekend, I'm wondering if they were manually rewarded for a group of people, and many of us just happened to be in that group.

Now my 400-Point stipend I received close to two weeks ago. Go figure.

It was already explained that as each month passes by they will align the PP rewards with the tokens. I received my token last night as well.

11 days later...finally got my token

I noticed over the weekend I've received mine too. Although, with nothing new to buy at this point, it doesn't much matter to me. At this point.

My Vet Rewards day was the 15th all summer long. I got 84-months on Aug. 15th. I got no Token in Sept., which we now know was expected.

I got no Token on Oct. 15th, and was told it would probably be Oct. 28th(ish).

Seeing folks here getting tokens in the last day or two makes me wonder what is going on.

I still don't have my Token.

I got my token today. Only 11 Days late

Still no token, but I did finally get a response that I should receive one on or around the 28th. So weird since my billing date is the 6th.

I was told I'd get a token on or around the 28th also, but I got a token sometime in the last three days. This is neither on or around the 28th (IMO five days is not "around"), nor is it on my veteran date (27th).

This is just getting more and more confusing. Please. PLEASE. Devs. PLEASE! Just use the server transfer token script to award everyone's VIP perks. It works. Everyone was properly granted their server transfer the last two times it was run. Why complicate things!

Finally got my token today.

I think I figured out how they are calculating it, so I'm anticipating it being around the 25th of the month for me from now on.

That's so weird. I've gotten my xfer token bang on the money both months, had to wait on my points, and my tokens are all screwed up.

I got my tokens on Friday on both accounts even though they are billed on different days.

Just my two cents:

I got my server transfer token at start of the month (the only thing to go as expected).

I got my Paragon Points a week prior to my billing date.

I got my first non-Paragon Point related reward token yesterday.

I've made note of the dates on all of the above; it'll be interesting to see if any of this remains remotely consistent.

The worst part of this is the lack of communication about the problem. It's obviously not working like it should; it would be nice if the devs communicated notice about this to both us and Customer Service. As it is, we keep getting misinformation from CS, and little to none from the Community Reps.

I am willing to be patient in terms of getting a new system working properly; however, this lack of communication about Known Issues is baffling. Indeed, this issue isn't even listed on the Known Issues page.

Hi all. As of today, since the release of I21, I still have not recieved my paragon Tokens for the months of september or october. My renewal date is the 2nd of each month. I got my paragon points (450) on the 15th of last month, I went and bought 1200 points form the store and recieved 2 tokens for my first time purchase. Is there ANY clue as to what is going on YET? When are we supposed to recieve our vet rewards? The last I read about the points was if your renewal date was from the 1st - the 10th you would get them on the 11th, and your token would be given on the day before your renewal....I am so damn confused and am getting very frustrated.

Yeah, pretty much... we seriously need an update on this. It needs to be fixed asap. I don't know a single person who's gotten all the tokens they're entitled to at this point, and no one knows when they can expect another one.
