I've not recieved any extra tokens since the system went live. Unless I mis-understood something (Because this system is INCREDIBLY COMPLICATED TO LAUNCH ALL AT ONCE), I got my September token early because everyone got one when the headstart started. So, my thinking is...
I will wait until Christmas. If I've not recieved an October, November and December token by the new year, I will contact them and ask for the tokens they promised me.
If I don't get an adequate response in an adequate response time for a VIP customer, I'll leave.

Now that we're on the hybrid model we're on even shakier ground when it comes to voting with our feet because now they can say "But they still get free-access to stuff if they stop paying subscription!". Essentially the ability of small groups of customers wanting to make a change has been nullified; those cases can be absorbed and covered by the premium system and purchases.

I don't agree at all that the ability to go premium nullifies a small group of customers wanting to make change.
Though I honestly never believed that a small group of customers could ever make serious change.It takes a MASSIVE groundswell of complaints before change is made. Recent example is the COT costume re-redesign.

That's actually something that seriously needs to be addressed - transparency as to when things were awarded, a concise purchasing history. I'm hoping that this is the first-billing-month snafu that will be eased out by the next month, but the fact that we can't look up exactly when we purchased what, not on the market, not as far as points, not as far as perks, is really disagreeable and a very poor example of customer service. One problem is that everything is so ambiguous. Supposedly, we got the September token early - except I don't get a "September" token. I (theoretically) get one token for the time from Aug 18 to Sept 17 and then one from Sept 18 to Oct 17.
That seems to be splitting hairs, but I would like to know which one they are calling the Sept token. If it's the first one, then I should be getting another token tomorrow.
If it's the second one, then I won't get another token until November even though I haven't gotten any since launch. But that would also mean I didn't get one for the Aug-Sept pay period (and maybe I wasn't supposed to).
It would help if I know exactly which pay period the early token applied to, and when the counting of time started - in other words, what is the first date that we should start counting for the 1/month tokens. I mean, it's possible that on my last renewal date, we were still in the 1/3month award schedule, so I would have gotten nothing, and if so, I would like to know.

By my calculations I've been given the following Reward Tokens
- 26 Token = Veteran Reward Conversion as of August 2011 (78 month Veteran Status as of August 12, 2011)
- 06 Token = 6 Years subscription
- 01 Token = Free token for everyone, including F2P players
- 01 Token = Retail Code Applied to the account.

When Freedom launched somewhere in September, I used all of my Paragon Reward points to break into T9 veteran rewards, then snag all of Celestial plus one of the "consumable" rewards, ending up with 0 points total. I checked a couple of days ago (that is, in October) and I had two extra points to spend, which I simply chose to not spend because the consumable Paragon Rewards are garbage. Right now, I have two points extra waiting for me, I assume one for September and one for October.
Additionally, I bought 1200 Paragon Points on I thin the tenth. I forgot to check up on them, but when I checked my Paragon Points a couple of days ago, I had 1900+, I'm assuming the 1200 I got + the 120 extra + the 70 I already had + the 550 I was supposed to get in October, having received my September ones at the launch of Freedom.
I can't speak for anyone else, but at least on my end, everything checks out.

You get the badge by earning the token, not spending it.

I had 38 tokens when freedom launched (35 automatically applied with 3 remaining) and as of last night i still have 38.
