That is the odd part - never had a problem pre VIP days getting the vets rewards. Once they were late by a day and contacted suport and they fixed it. Now on the other hand as we are supposed to be IMPORTANt - it takes an act of Congress or the right alignment of the stars to get things. Wonder what changed and why.

Honestly if you are teir 9 and don't like incarnate there is no reason to stay VIP. If you spent your $15 you would get more points and instantly get your reward token.

Spending $15 a month directly to pargon market would get you 15,830 points and 13 reward tokens (at time of purchase) as a Prem. Spending the same as a VIP gets you 6,600 points and 12 tokens (that are often late).

There really isnt a reason to stay VIP if you hate incarnate. Everything else (Power sets, AT, and the like) can easily be bought with the extra 9,230 points.

Poor customer service and exclusive Costume contests do not make a player feel like a VIP.

Reminding myself that today is (now) my billing date. I have to wait till later in the day to check for whatever it is I'm deemed worthy to be rewarded with today, but anyone want to take bets on this as actually happening?

Update for my own benefit: Around 4PM EST I did not have any points added to my account. I checked again around 930PM for the hell of it and did have the increase. If I were to guess, by end of business PST time is when they put the points through on your billing date? No new reward tokens though.

My billing date is the 4th still no points - last month they corrected this from support. I was told this would be fixed for this month. Filed a petition - again. Why did they bother to offer something they seem unable or unwilling to deliver in a timely fashion. When it was a Veteran reward it was on time Why the problem now?

Because right now, they have the incentive to NOT deliver the points on time. By not doing so, they "entice" you to purchase points. Or at least that's my take on it. I can think of no other reason, other than incompetence, as to why it has taken this long and still not been fixed adequately.

And for some reason it seems like I got an extra batch of points this month. Not entirely sure, but I thought I got some on the 3rd or 4th, used 'em and then when I logged back in last night, I had another batch of 550. I may be mistaken on the "used 'em" part though.

Dark One: You can verify whether or not you got two batches of points by looking at the Billing section of the Account Management page. That, at least, they seem to be able to keep a correct log of. I haven't ever heard of that being wrong from the large number (possibly a hundred, possibly more) of people I've talked to about it.

With me when they finally corrected my issue I was told the GM that I was in contact with first did NOT know what he was talking about. Real comforting... Maybe they should train their GM's then, you think? >.>

I mainly got the standard canned answers, extreme assurances that my account had all that it should! That such and such was awarded on the 25th of December and I must not have logged into the game in days, thereby missing the rewards!

I play daily. I check daily when I am expecting my token and points. As soon as I began disputing what they were doing their best to assure me...bam, I had the points after that e-mail. I disputed the fact that I still had no token. days later...an e-mail and bam, my missing token that was over a month late.

They aren't gonna like what I said in the support survey. They jerk me around one more time and I leave. Since Freedom launched CS has really gone into the crapper.

Well, according to that I didn't, but I could swear I used the points I got on the 4th. However, in looking at it, not once (in the 90 day history) has the Paragon Points been deposited on my billing day (the first of the month). November 9th, December 7th, and January 4th. It's getting closer to the first though.

I just looked at my billing. It seems that the Paragon Points award for my VIP account are the DAY AFTER my billing date.

My billing day is the 7th. Specifically it was December 7th, 2011. Yet I got my Paragon Points on the 8th for both December and January. I got my Paragon Reward Token on December 23rd, and I still haven't got the first clue as to why the dates are 15 days apart.

I have been patient, I have been kind, I have put in nice little tickets, and I have accepted the "we are working on it" answer. I have continued to be patient. I should have received my 4 year badge in Sept, but as of yet I have not. But.... has anyone heard anything about a fix for the yearly badges and character slot yet? I'm not losing patience yet, just curious if there's been any word.

Character Slots are no longer being awarded for 12 months of play, since the change to the Paragon Reward Program.

Instead, you should get an extra Paragon Reward Token.

But it is pretty telling that, what?, 4 months after going F2P, they STILL haven't managed to figure out a system that worked, for the most part, well enough for Vet Badges. And the fact that they can't seem to be consistent about date of award of anything anymore.

While not excusing the crappy delivery system they've cooked up, I'll point out that my Vet rewards were consistently late too, and I almost always had to file a ticket in order to get rewarded them at all. Its not an entirely new problem, though it does seem much worse now.

Well it's the 14th filed a petition the 12th. Must have them stumped. After last months mail with support they said it should be fixed.

Depending what I see when I log into the game today, I might have to petition them for being "late", myself. The last time I had my VIP points awarded was December 7th, my "billing date" is (now at my best correct knowledge) the 13th and it's now the 15th of January.

It is disappointing that there's still no solution to this mess of problems four to five months on.

Good luck , I filed a petition on the 12th they told me they would be right back to me. This is the 16th. No answer.My billing date is the 4th - they always take the money on time - guess delivering a promised product is harder.

I have spent countless hours on this and was planning to keep it to myself, but for the betterment of mankind as a whole, I will share with you, the good people of these forums, a sure fire way of getting this information.

First, you take the number 42, and add it to the numerical derivative of your bililng date. Take that value and divide by the reverse of your SSN. With your new value, place 10 digits (any digits of your choosing!) in front of it and divide by your phone number (including the area code! This is very important). This new value, with some very clever decimal placements, should reveal to you the date in which you should receive your paragon points and/or your reward token and/or some other significant meaning to you however you wish to interpret it.

It's worked for me and I bet it'll work for you.



At leat that's what the voices in my head have led me to believe.

Wonder of wonder the points are ther at 9 pm on the 17th. So wonder next month what the day is - The 4th , or the 9th or 20th or the 17th . I have got points on all these days Just pick one Paragon and stick to it,though you take my money on the 4th so it would be nice to have them close to it.And please deliver them without making mne contact support - that seems to be a less than brillianmt drain on resources.

I have just checked my game account: It has 7 years, 1 month of paid time. I have 4 retail codes applied to my account, making 7 years, 5 months. I still don't have the 7 year badge, the "extra" paragon reward token, or an "extra" character slot for the year.

Though it probably should be 7 years at/on Feb 12th.
