Servers show as online, but are not open to the public yet.
I'm going to hope it has something to do with the servers not being up yet. I too am showing zero points in my PlayNC account, and I've been playing since early release BETA 2004 without a break...

I showed 0 also, and then bought some to see if it would work. It did (at least as far as the Master Account page shows), so it will be interesting to see what happens. Hope my vet amount doesn't replace the ones I bought.

I was gonna go buy points for my accounts, but...
My experiences with the ncsoft launcher, ncsoft store, ncsoft web store, and basically everything to do with ncsoft per se (as opposed to Paragon), are such that I am not going to add points to the account when it doesn't show the points that should have already accrued.
Because I have no confidence that they will add points to accounts rather than setting all account balances to their expected values.
Maybe MARTy took them... he likes taking things! O_o

I think it's pretty safe to assume that since everyone's page is still showing zero points, and since the servers aren't open to the public yet, there's no issue. If the page display is still wrong later, and the store balance is also wrong, then there's something for them to fix.

If the points granted are tied to the in-game store, and it's not up yet, I can see why we wouldn't have them.

Just the 10K I purchased earlier -- my 800-ish hasn't shown up yet (I would assume it will whenever the servers are finally ready to go).

I ended up with 1750.
I think a lot of people got extra Reward Tokens, it just so few people precalculated how many Tokens they should have.
