Well, I only got to the character generator. Tried to create new ones cuase there was none on my login, but the system told me I did not have from to make a new one. I looked over the character selection screen/ pages and no other characters was there.

Well, I can't wait for the chance to try out the new power sets, And hopefully I can load a copy of my FAV 50 into the Beta soon after it's fixed. I made a lowbie avatar and dived into the tutorial and it was a BLAST but abit short...And I should have tried to see if there was a badge from killing a number of enemys and explored abit more before hitting the Boss!

Seeing that they didn't have VIP access in game, there wasn't a way to make a /BUG report either.
So how the heck were people to report this?

Given the numerous threads all over the the forums (especially the City Life section), I don't think you or the developers have any hope in enforcing the NDA at this point.

Oh, and yes, I do have the BETA and not the TEST installed, and I did everything exactly as the official how to told me. It still thinks my account isn't a VIP one, for whatever reason. Anyone know when this will be fixed for us poor souls who are having this issue?
I'm still getting the "public access to this server has been disabled" message. The same message I got every time I tried to log in yesterday. Obviously, people have been getting into the game, so does anyone know how to solve this problem?
Hmm, Well I can access the Beta just none of the new power sets.

If not, then you haven't accessed the paragon point server. You should be able to see 0/0 spent even if you are not currently listed as VIP.

I never had a screen pop-up for accepting the NDA, just the EULA.

Not sure how much that NDA is worth, since you can get on the beta forums without ever getting on the beta server.
