I can only access one beta server, and it says public access denied when I try to join. Any help?

Charactor got deleted on the Server Reset would like and appreciate the XP bump thanks 
I am having a hard time getting on the VIP server as well. I can sign in, but when I click on the VIP Server on the list, I get booted back to the log-in screen.
Would love a level bump to test out the new power sets. Toon name Beamatron.

Sorry, but I could use some help: when I login, I can choose between two servers, Beta Server and Beta VIP Test Server. I tried to enter the second one, but although I am VIP, I was logged out. I said to myself, "oh well, there's the other beta server." But when I entered in that server, I found out my character wasn't there. Saddened, I started to recreate my poor Nightmare Master, but when I wrote the name and clicked on "next", it said "sorry, the character name is already in use". This means that my character is still somewhere, probably in the other server. What can I do?
(I swear, if the next reply is a bump, I'm going to stab myself with a knife. 
)
Has anyone else been getting a message while trying to log on to either beta server saying, that they are ineligible? It has been getting rather frustrating?

As for your character's name ... apparently if you click on the "check" button while creating the character, it temporarily reserves the name. Unfortunately, it also locks up the name from whoever is creating the character!
Try again, this time without clicking on the "check" button. You should be able to make your toon with the name you want.

Well, I'm not having a problem getting in, I just come back to find that all my Beta avatars have been wiped after the update, I'm going to copy my 50's again and see what happens now...
