Issue 2 is often mistakenly said to have been released on Friday, but it was Thursday, and its bugs and resultant weekend work for the support staff are often cited as reasons they don't usually release issues so late in the week.
Issue 6 was released on a Thursday to coincide with the 3-day headstart for City of Villains.
Six hours is an awfully long time. It does seem too soon for I20, but who knows?
so what is wrong with them giving us the BST time ,anyone know what time it will go down over this side of the pond,or can I assume it is 12 pm as normal

The new launcher seems to do pre-downloads and automatic patching since I have yet to need to patch the Beta or Test servers.

Even though they said the server list merger wasn't coming until much later...
I'm going to say that this downtime is entirely due to that and you damned non-NA account holders and your silly hats!
