ICE MISTRAL "Defeat everyone in office-ST. Martial" mission is bugged.
Did you bug it?
ive been hearing reports that this bug occasionally still happens, but i havent personally had it happen to me in almost 2 years now
Is that why no one is running any Ice Mistral.. -.- what a jip.
I just changed my villian to a rogue. Doing Numina instead.
When something good happens to me, I can never enjoy it....
I am always too busy looking for the inevitable punchline...

This bug has been randomly occuring in that SF since that SF was put into the game. I've had that happen several times over the years on that very mish and each time had to get a GM to come and force the enemies out of the walls.

Anyhow, I thought this bug got squashed...guess fortune was smiling on me and my friends as the last bunch of runs we've had no issue.
I wish people would stop calling it the WTF. It's the WST.
While I admit to running more of the other TF/SF than Ice Mistral, I've never had this happen to me on the Ice Mistral SF.

Yes, I had it happen on three runs over the years. Seems to happen most on large teams, as large spawns seem to have trouble finding room to spawn, or spawn at a larger spread, once in a while going outside the walls.
We used to have everyone log out, then run through it with fewer, but that was awhile back, and that trick no longer works. (spawns are constant barring team quits)
And I'd love to run Ice Mistral or any of the Red side SF's but there never seems to be anyone in the area, I must be playing at odd times...

Ran Ice Mistral a couple days ago with no problem. Obviously it's not a regular problem or i would've heard about the issue far more before this. Still, i can sympathize with the frustration of a bugged SF.

I petitioned it and got help... The mob had spawned 6ft under the floor and wes 'freed' up by the GM.
I told him to look into it as this was the second time I got it (we resetted the mission). He said it s being looked after.

Anyway on a more serious note I ran this SF again on Tuesday and we did in fact have this problem with this mission. Fortunately we only had to wait around 5 minutes for a GM to show up to "unstick" the MOB. Obviously it appears to be a random problem because I've run it many other times without trouble. Oh well.

On the other hand, last week on an ITF we couldn't the first mission because one boss enemy spawned under the map so we couldn't get Sister Solaris to react to us. A GM fixed for us in about five to ten minutes.
Conclusion: The devs hate co-op content.
This bug has been around for years
I'm guessing this is a problem with a particular office map, not the Ice Mistral SF per se. It's probably happening in other office missions too, it's just that we don't notice a missing enemy unless it's a "defeat all" mission.

Happened to me last night, first time I have ever run this SF and its the last time I will ever run it. Its pretty lame anyway since its the old style do a bunch of missions and we have an AV at the end that will take 1 minute to kill.
I got a GM response in my email 3 hours after I sent the petition for help. Yeah the SF broke up way before then.

This happens on Synapse as well, on a similar looking map (abandoned office). It seems like it tends to be in that one big room that has 2 levels, with a hole on the top level you can jump down. Maybe not, but that's what I'm remembering.

I have tried to do this TF multiple times, and every time it gets stuck on the second to last mission because a MOB spawns under the map.
From what the playerbase tells me its been like this for QUITE SOME TIME.
So why again was it chosen for the WTF?
