Things that bug me.

- Skin color bleeds through 'Tops with Skin' and 'Bottoms with Skin' colors, making them not quite match other pieces. (/bugged many times.)

- Flying down after falling *decreases* your velocity.

- Moving the camera up or down changes the direction your character is flying.

- The 3rd Person camera cannot be panned. It always points at your character's head.

- Zoning into your base while the map server is shutting down the instance gives you 'MapServerShuttingDown' error and closes the client rather than simply failing to zone.

- Charged temporary powers like the Revolver and St. Louis Slammer don't stack when you craft them more than once.

- The 'Cleavage' mark on the Bridal pieces makes female characters, especially those without a lot of cleavage, look like they have a dirty chest.

- Female Chest Details don't conform to the shape of the breasts.

- The Oroborous portal can only be summoned while on the ground.

- Players who are attempting to use a long animation teleport are interrupted by players using the O-portal.

- Carnival Illusionists can attack while phased. Honestly, I have a lot of problems with Phase Shift. I'd like it to work a lot differently.

- Reinforcing your morality drops any tip clues.

- The powers window has one colum, for primary one column for secondary, and the one column for temporary powers, inherent powers, pool powers, ancillary powers, accolade powers, and day job powers, Most column As and Bs have a max of 9 powers. Column Cs can climb above 60 powers easily. (At least they don't automatically scroll As and Bs off the screen any more!)

- Powers cannot be activated from the powers menu.

- Badges cannot be sorted alphabetically.

- Combat Attributes, Pet Controls, the Enhancement Management screen, and (coming soon) the Incarnate Slot management screen cannot be accessed via the menu. Rather they are clickable text labels on other windows.

- Chat cannot be seen in the Enhancement Management screen or the costume designer.

I agree with camera behaviour when flying the rest of your list is meh for me.
I would also like to be able to hear the villain mission complete fanfare without turning up the ingame music.

• The notice that you receive when deleting salvage that can be used in a recipe has to be opted out every time you zone. Especially a pain for characters that have all the crafting badges.
• The listing price warning has to be opted out of every time you visit the market.
• Pets that still get stuck in the geometry.
• You can’t call the detectives to get a safeguard mish.
• The field analyst in Talos is so far out of the way.

I agree that most of these things would be better if they were "fixed". On the other hand I've lived with these things for so many years that I've long since adapted to or worked around most of them for the most part.

Out of all of these your "The Ouroboros portal can only be summoned while on the ground" is the one that annoys me the most, but not because of that particular power. I find it annoying that you have to be on the ground to summon Vet Pets and Hot Feet. Hot Feet really bothers me because once it's started you can Fly/Hover with it on and use it that way perfectly fine. If that power was ONLY supposed to work while grounded I could see limiting its activation to being on the ground as well. But why do I have to land in order to start a power I use 95% of the time while Hovering?

It's okay when Diabolique does it, though?

To add to the Wedding Bits issue on female toons... That cleavage shading looks even worse on characters with "non-standard" skin-tones. My blue-skined sonic defender looks like she's suffering from a rather unfortunate skin condition when I put her in the Bridal top.

Also... Pets that can't figure out how to follow you through a door. Kestrel's adept has gotten "lost" entering or leaving Recluse's tower in Grandville so many times that his trouble with doorknobs has become a running joke. >_>

The current AI "feature" that has Mender clocks and Crey Medics and Geneticists running in to heal or rez their defeated friends from halfway across the map is getting pretty old, too.

Heh, well the power is called "Hot Feet" and if I recall correctly, the flavor text does say that you need to be on the ground to use it. If anything, it sounds like a bug that you can hover afterwards.

That said, I have to agree that we should have fewer powers that are limited arbitrarily by theme; the entire direction of the game over the last couple of years has been slanted towards customization. The devs' flavor text for powers and sets is less and less important as time passes. There isn't even a good thematic reason that on-the-ground powers shouldn't work when you're hovering at ground level. (Unless the code forbids that distinction, which is more than likely.)

Failing that, I'd rather see all such restrictions lifted entirely. Making people disable the Hover/Fly toggle seems like a gratuitous annoyance that serves no mechanical purpose. Would it really be unbalancing if people could use Hotfeet or Footstomp in the air? How often does (mutual) flying combat even arise in this game?

YMMV. Neat thread.

Well like I said if a power like Hot Feet was only supposed to work while on the ground I could see restricting its activation to having to be on the ground. But I've been using it for years while Hovering so either the flavor text is wrong (like that never happens ) or it's a bug they haven't bothered fixing for years.

Maybe they always "intended" for it to work while on the ground but didn't want to deal with having it shut off any time a character so much as "bunny-hop" jumps into the air. Regardless of the intentions I'll continue to use it how I like even if I have to keep putting up with the activation annoyance.

P.S. Having to summon a "floating" Vet Pet on the ground makes no sense regardless.

Interrupting Teleports really bugs me as well.
As does the LOOOONG timer between usages of the WW/BM teleporter.

Yeah, I have to agree with this one. Why do NPC's get to still attack while phased but us heroes/villains cannot?

I agree with both of these points. Please allow us to call the detectives, after all it is the 20th century, everyone has a cell phone these days. Please move the field analyst to somewhere on land maybe near the trainer.

And since we are at it, I'd also like to add that the itty bitty level numbers on the enhancement screen is still difficult to read.

Two things:

1. It's the 21st century.
2. I don't have a cell phone.

My pet peeve, not that anyone asked, is that the memorized recipes in the recipe windows are opened by default every time I check my recipes. Those trees really should default to closed when opening that window.

And yeah, count me in on the Oz portal while flying annoyance too.

At least she HAS cleavage with that, or the Witch top! One of my main beefs with the old Tops With Skin parts is that no matter how revealing it might be [Metal top, I am looking at you], the cleavage area looks like the Bonneville Salt Flats. There's nothing there.

So my blue-skinned character might have brown cleavage, but at least she has it. It could be worse, *evil glare at >* METAL TOP WITH SKIN.

In other news it looks like "white" skin is much closer to Ghost-Widow white these days, and I approve of this change. I want dead white. Ghost white. Whiter than a sheet! Thank you.

Illusionists attacking from Phase sucks and has always sucked; I will agree with that one.

Make with Desdemona's corset top for players ASAP, please:

The oro portal and breast shape issues bother me too! It also drives me out of my mind that all of the cosume pieces have "blunt" ends. From a programming perspective, I completely understand *why* this is, but that doesn't mean I have to like it, right? I'd love gloves that go over the elbow (without having to buy the magic booster), tops that are a little longer than waist length (or more belts that hit the top-bottom line dead on to cover up any "akward transitions"). And the knee high boots in general are hideous. Almost all of my characters wear skirts with thigh high boots or stilletos with fishnets because of this. I'm really tired of having to choose between costumes that look VERY similar to my other characters or ones that look awkward.

If they fixed the way the chest slider calculated expansion, so we could actually have proper cleavage where the breasts were touching, then I don't think they'd need to have any painted on cleavage at all, because the lighting and shadows would would highlight it, just like in real life - so it wouldn't matter what skin color you used for your avatar.

I'm afraid that if you're that scared of UHF signals doing something to your brain, then you'll be terrified to know that those radio waves are being used just about everywhere else as well. Simply refusing to use a cell phone won't help you one bit. If you're serious about not being touched by radio waves between 300 MHz and 3 GHz, you'll have to move out into some extremely remote location (or better yet, deep into an underground cave) and encase yourself in a Faraday cage (with very thick walls of metal). You must also bring no device with you that generates an EM field of its own (translation: nothing electronic). So, no electric lights; you'll have to make do with gas lamps. So make sure to bring plenty of kerosene! You'll probably want an ample supply of oxygen as well.
