cover charge isn't exactly the problem, I am referring to food and booze

BTW, I don't really want my costume code since it is useless unless I can deconstruct the costume pieces into individual pieces... so if anyone wants my costume code let me know

I hear you. To me they are more like "skins".

I've always been of the opinion that by defeating enemies they should have a chance to "drop" costume pieces unique to that group. Like I smacked that Rikti so hard his gloves came off type of thing.

Who do I have to *&^% around here to get more Targeted AoE recipes added?

Well then you should look up the hotel and see if they have a menu or price list online. The prices are whatever the hotel charges. Since this is a hotel New York City i can pretty much guarantee the prices will be a fair bit higher than anywhere but similar establishments in major cities. i know of a few inexpensive restaurants and bars in Manhattan, but they're mostly down in the Lower East Side area.

Dr. Todt's theme.
i make stuff...

The cover charge will be $7.99 and they will be giving out free Party Packs for all of those in attendance.

Hehe... Too much negativity in this thread...

I'm looking forward to this.
Don't anyone be shy there. The last East Coast M&G, I was walking around shouting "LFG".
If you see me, please say hi or tell me you hate my avatar because it takes too long to load or whatever you want to say, hehe.
It'll be nice to put some faces to the pouty posts some of you make (KIDDING!!).

Hehe, and thanks Phillygirl!
I have to admit, it would be nice to allow the kiddivinkies to attend some of these.
Then again, I can see it being a bit of a nightmare if you actually had... little kids running around. Hadn't really thought about that extreme of it before.

Oh... and someone brought up whether the team would be dodging questions.

Well, I saw plenty of War Witch (especially) taking on any and all comments and questions.
She (And all of them) were so very down to earth and personal.
I think people forget how much of a fan each one of them are, themselves, hehe.

But yeah... The way they were freely talking with people about PvP at the Boston M&G... I don't think they're going to be hiding from anything.

If I recall correctly, price at the M&G in San Diego, which was at the Hard Rock Hotel were as follows:

Domestic beer (bottle) $10
Imported beer (bottle) $12
Mixed drink or wine $15

Bottled water and soda was free I believe. They also had several rounds of appetizers, which were free as well.

This has to be one of the sweetest, kickass costume codes that have ever been given out. Also its good to see Paragon coming to the east coast, even thou I still wont be able to attend. Have fun everyone else.

You could always have some food before attending and limit your self to water or maybe nurse 1 drink something like that. It always works for me.

Also anyone who doesn't want their codes I would love them for Justice Events or the Mentor Project group I would use them for prizes for events. But tbh you could probably sell them in game for influence if you needed it.

Indeed. In fact, the York, PA and Lancaster, PA minor league baseball teams have a friendly rivalry called The War of the Roses, so named because the orginal conflict of that name was fought by supporters of the House of York (the White Rose) and the House of Lancaster (the Red Rose).

Another little known fact - York, PA is the self proclaimed "First Capital" of the U.S. due to the fact that the Articles of Confederation, which first formally established the U.S. as a country, were ratified here after the Continental Congress fled Philadelphia to avoid capture by the British.

Well, at least they dropped it from the previous 21+ requirements. Still feels like they are alienating a huge segment of their fans by keeping the younger crowd out. I just can't figure why they don't do this but make it so anyone under 18 has to be chaperoned by a parent or legal guardian. Well anyways, for all those that can attend, have fun.

Hmm... I'd ruled this out since if I head in right after work... figuring traffic in, I'd probably get there at 10:30. Now it looks like I'd be getting there right when the fun begins!

I just hope that this being a full NCSoft Meet and Greet doesn't crowd it up too much and take away from us CoHers meeting, greeting and talking.
Not to mention the capacity being filled before we get there, hehe.

I'm not counting on those negatives happening or anything... I just hope that none of this negatively impacts what could be a nice chance to meet up and chat with players and CoH developers and such.

Do we need to carve out our own section somehow?
I'd say we could just gather around War Witch, but she's not exactly tall, so that's not as easy as it sounds!

I'll get her to wear plateform shoes

Please note, because we think you all equally rock, we're letting all attendees in from 7 p.m. until full capacity is reached. No need to RSVP for City of Heroes fans, just turn up and find a way to lure other players out of the line so you can get in faster...I didn't say that, capice?

Of course not... which is why I'm also not quoting it.

Out of curiosity, who of the CoH team will be there?

I cant make it, but would love to trade a PAX 2010 ppd code for a rikti code.
