Just unpacked from the trip - man, I am TIRED - more later....
Had a blast at the MnG. Got there late due to attending The Venture Bros. panel. Had a great night with Electro and his wife, and then Captain America joined us! Good conversations that hopped all over the map with very nice and intriguing people. We will have to throw together another unofficial meet-n-greet in Boston sometime soon! Or upstate NY, whichever is easiest for folks to get to....Two other Triumph guys pointed me in the right direction to get my Costume Code card, and I definitely owe them for doing that! Met Fulmens and his wife, and he was able to plant a crazy idea (or two) into my head. Looking into the Crazy 88s soon....
Enjoyed the DJ and the songs he was mixing (Another Brick in the Wall with ... Dancing Queen??). Put in a request for some Black Sabbath (early stuff ONLY!) and played Where's Mishi with the folks.
WW and I discussed the finer points of what is the difference between a Man-Cave and a Woman Cave (plants!). She is such a nice and interesting person, and it is good to know that she is steering the direction of the game. I would love to see a Dark Tower easter egg work its way into the game sometime...
Avatea was much taller than I expexted, and it was great to listen to her speak with her accent. Nobel Savage and Black Pebble eluded me, however it appeared that they were all having a blast. Sadly there was not much CoX swag at the table when I arrived, however this was not too big of a deal for me.
The NY Comic Con was absolutely insane, and I would guess that attendance is waaaaaaaaaay up from last year. Hopefully the CoX team got what they wanted from their trip - I want to thank them again for traveling to the East coast 2x this year.
The only thing I would have changed about the Con would be to NOT hold the DCUO panel in the same room immediately after the CoX panel. That seemed a bit...tacky. However I did get to sit next to the Scarlet Witch at the CoX panel...which rocked!
Go Team Venture!
My guess is Mishi is 6'5 and black. That's why nobody could find "her".

If anyone was wondering, I was the WW-sized person in the black and purple dress and nerd glasses who showed up to the M&G way late (as stated earlier, another victim of Venture Bros).
Had a lot of fun at both the party and the panel. Thanks, devs!

For anyone familiar with the term "players' coach", I'd say the term "players' dev" applies to David very well.
I wish I'd had more time to chat with Avatea. Even nicer than I expected, and I only got to scratch the surface of some interesting topics with her. She's the kind of person (intelligent, nice and well-traveled) that I could spend hours talking to. I tried not to hog her attention for too long though.
I think the longest conversations I had were with Ghost Falcon (with and without Abraxxus [sp?] and his friend [I'm, so bad with names]). He and I butted heads a bit, but I got the impression that he likes a good debate, and did listen to my points, even when he disagreed. I certainly got some unique insight from him, and would love to revisit some of those items in the future, when there is more information. Hell, I'll even admit I'm wrong, if the data shows it.
I missed WW [insert short joke here] until just before she left for the night, so I didn't get much of a chance to get to know her. She seemed quite nice though.
Did not see Mishi, but pegged Phillygirl on first guess, and had fun talking to/dancing with her. Also met an assortment of other players, all of whom were very friendly, but I'm so bad with names...
Apparently, whoever was on "door duty" when I came in was not with it, as I didn't get raffle tickets, or drink tickets (so the night was probably a good bit more expensive for me that others). But I wasn't expecting either, so I can't cry foul over something I never thought I'd get in the first place.
Really enjoyed the M&G, and the panel the next day. I hope I'll have an opportunity to attend another one.
o_o
This very weird conversation of me. All you having to do is finding Avatea, PMing her, or Melissa, or Jesse, or Ocho, or Black Pebble and asking them who I am.
Many peoples I meet with, I say hi to person who wearing strange shirt with statesmen symbol on it, I saying hi to person with curly wavy hair, I say hi to group standing to left of entrance of bar between Guild War panel and City of Hero cutout thingy, Some tall guy with weird hair and strange hat bought me drink, I saying hi to cowboy hat person, I talk briefly with guy who have weird cane I saying how kinda cute skull is, I saying hallo to bald guy who sit in COH corner, I saying hi at bar to lady who for both coh and guild wars who have husband who is very bald of head and look like very angry motorcycle. I VIP so I not stand in line but I would passing this every so often and keeping eye out on it with a wave to a couple of peoples and friends in line I give hug to.
To saying I myth or not exist is not very nice and I actually 4'11 ^^; wish I was 6'5.
If you not meeting with me I sorry ;.; but I everywhere. I upstairs, downstairs, up escalator to bar near pool table, then restaurant bar, and in between two at back table to left where many of Devs, Mods, and friends escaping to for fresh breather with mojito. I also going up to Terrace, then back into main meet room. I visit panel but linger in back side of room with wave to devs before going to AION table where I move around there.
Maybe those going to CA able to seeing me clearly as this not as big of function. I unsure. But all of you welcoming to visiting with me while I still in New Jersey if you wishing meet up sometime! I love idea of this!
I really wanted meeting Philly girl and seeing how she dressed!
Love,
Mishii!<3
Soon
Hey Fulmens, it was great meeting you and chatting with you and your wife.
I'm pretty much an introvert, so I didn't chat with too many other folks, unfortunately.
I guessed Phillygirl's identity from her PvP question at the panel, but didn't get a chance to say "hi" because I wanted to stay for the DCUO panel afterward and then had to leave that panel early.
I never was able to pick Mishii out of the crowd, but I left the M&G shortly after the raffle, so I missed any dancing that ensued.
