Gimme Ice/Ice Stalkers! I don't care if nothing else ever gets proliferated. But I wants me some Ice on some Stalkers!
Okay, that's not entirely true. I'm still disappointed with the lack of Dark Control or Dark Assault for Dominators (and Controllers, in the case of the former), but those are kind of less "proliferation" and more "new power sets" to some extent or another.
Dominators should get Illusion control also.
Poison + Blasters Psi blast for Corrupters <- most importantist
Thermal + Fire Blast for Defenders
Super Strength + EM + Ninjitsu for Scrappers
Spines + Regen For brutes
Spines + EA for tankers
Traps for controllers
Illusion for doms
Dark Blast for Blasters
Shield for stalkers
Rad, Cold, or Sonic for MM's
I want to see less proliferation at this point and more new sets to play with.
You know I keep seeing people pushing /Poison for corruptors, but the Corr Boards have a thread already discussing it. I think the opinion is split disproportionately between a knee-jerk "wouldn't it be great?" and a more sober, "Um, yeah, but it really needs more love before it's a viable Corr secondary".
Gimme Psi Blast Corrs, though. I wants.

I want the following:
Blasters: Dark Blast and a mixed punch/kick martial arts secondary.
Controllers: Traps, Poison and Dark Miasma.
Defenders: Thermal and Fire Blast.
Dominator: Illusion Control.
Scrappers: War Mace, Battle Axe, Energy Melee, Ice Melee, Stone Melee, Energy Aura.
Tankers: Broad Sword.
Specifically, I am craving making:
Fire/Dark Controller
Gravity/Traps Controller
Earth/Poison Controller
Illusion/Earth Dominator
Ice Melee/Super Reflexes scrapper
Stone Melee/Super Reflexes scrapper
War Mace/Energy Aura scrapper
EDIT: added the line about Blasters because my friend wont shut up about wanting martial arts on his Dual Pistols blaster. And Dark Blast would be cool.

Ultimately I'd like to see everything proliferated within reason, though right now I'd like to see corrs get Empathy. I don't think the original defence against corrs getting it holds much ground now in the post-GR game.

What I want the most:
Dominators: Illusion, some kind of Dark Assault
Controllers: Traps, Pain Domination
Stalkers: Axe (and the Assassin's Strike must be named "Executioner's Axe!")
Brutes: Either Sword set and Ice Armor
Scrappers: Ninjutsu
Masterminds: Radiation Emission
Corruptors: Psi Blast
Blasters: Dark Blast/Martial Arts or Superstrength
Arc #40529 : The Furies of the Earth
My biggest two are Super Strength and Ninjitsu for Scrappers.

Personally, what I want the most....
1. Dark Blast for Blasters.
2. Ice/Ice for Stalkers
3. Illusion of Dominators
4. Stone, Energy for Scrappers(If they port Superstrength, it will need some major rebalancing, otherwise it will be stupid overpowered on Scraps)
5. Radiation for Masterminds
Poison (Toxic) Blast / Poison for Corruptor
I want to make a real Creature like Zombie that walks like one and PUKES like one. I would love it!
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

Disruption, Poison and Acid would prob need to be adjusted or replaced. Otherwise we have Blasters turning into psuedo corrupters.

I know Time Bomb is much maligned, but having mini-nukes in the secondary is not unheard of. Trick Arrow seems (based off numbers and watching in-game friends) to be practically tailor-made for manipulation. Some of the powers would need some tweaking for sure, but as a whole it seems the set is too weak as a defender primary and too strong for a manipulation set. Since I don't play it myself, I cannot even say what the main problems are.

The Villain ATs are different. I am in total agreement with you there. But while others may be more insistent on playing specific powersets on specific ATs, I am less bothered by this, but instead am Insistent on playing Heroes only. That's just me
So, I would like to rephrase my comment and say that It would be cool for them to proliferate everything. More choices are better for the game. If given the choice between a new proliferated powerset or a completely new powerset, I would choose the later.
P.S. This may be an over-simplification, but when they create newly "proliferated" powersets, they technically ARE new powersets, cause many things get tweaked to fit the new AT.

Now that Going Rogue has arrived on the scene, I think that direct proliferation is less important overall. Any villain side sets that I did not have access to are now available, provided I am willing to roll a different AT.
What would be really cool to me, is to roll out new sets of each type; Melee, Ranged, Control and Buff/Debuff with each unveiling. These sets could be tweaked for multiple ATs just as they did with GR.
Polearms for Stalkers, Scrappers, Brutes, Tankers (These weapons could be highly customizable to look like anything from a huge warhammer to a double axe or spear).
Martial Arts (Manipulation Set) for Blasters (Alot of talk about this one, so not an original idea, but after seeing Maelstrom up close, well.... )
Dark Control for Dominators, Controllers (Dont think Dark Miasma would port correctly, so this would be the best choice, meaning easiest to do)
Beast Mastery Set for Masterminds (Lions, Tigers, Bears ...oh my !) Natural MMs anyone ?
Fire Blast for Defenders and Forcefields for Corruptors would be the most obvious, but I am really, really hoping that they consider giving Dominator assault sets to these ATs.
Or better yet, make a new AT that is Assault Primary and Buff/Debuff secondary.
