The large majority of my characters were already on Virtue and Freedom, mostly Virtue. I've pretty much done all the moving around I'm going to do, but if anything, I'll be moving some characters from Freedom to Virtue.
My handful of characters on Justice, Triumph, and Infinity are staying right there, mainly because their names are already taken elsewhere. 
No, my charactors are happy with the servers they reside in now.
Triumph Charactors: Tabby Cat: 50 Claws/Regen
Isabella Ice: 50 ice/ice
Wondderland: 50 ice/cold
Mindfull: 50/Kin
I have a couple I will be transferring off of Freedom as soon as this goes live.

Right now I have no intentions of moving any alts around. There may be a few I could move to make some room here and there, but not likely.

No the Munki's assumptions are spot on, it's just the way he phrased his post that seems a little confusing.
Freedom does have a lot of good players but unfortunately people remember their bad experiences more vividly. The ignorant people are the ones who have never even played on Freedom and still go out of their way to bash it based solely on stories they heard from other people.
For example, if you listened to some of the stories about Virtue you'd think you can't go 5 seconds without someone with a furry character propositioning you for erotic role playing.

I never make characters outside of Freedom anymore, so I've got nobody to move. Had I actually had any alts on other servers, I probably would move them over to Freedom.
It's funny. After I used up all of my free slots on Virtue, I started using Freedom as a testbed for character concepts, which eventually lead to me using Freedom for hilariously inappropriate (for role play) characters. Over on Virtue, I'm SO serious about the character creation process.
Baby Troll is my dumbest creation yet. Diapers and green skin, he's only a toddler, but he's really into Superadine, and he'll kick your face so hard, man, I don't even know. The good news for Paragon City is, he's severely neglected, and is practically being raised by Saturday morning super hero cartoons (starring Virtue heroes). Baby Troll's source is Superadine Factory, a large, friendly "medical" robot that secretly carries a large Superadine processing plant in its bulbous, glowing belly. It took me forever to get that effect just right.
And yet, none of their super hilarious adventures would be possible without Freedom, whose denizens find them both quite charming. (Last winter, Baby Troll vacationed on Virtue, where he was scowled at and ignored!)

Staying on Virtue and Justice. Might move one or all from Champion to Justice. Keeping a few on Triumph.
No intention of going to Freedom. Looks too crowded. Not sure what there is there that Justice doesn't have, and that I want.

I'll be shuffling a couple of characters off Virtue, and a couple back on. We've been on Virtue since the headstart at launch, so its just where we live.

I'll be staying on my home server. Not that we've exactly got as much choice as the Americans or anything, but I'll be using these transfers to rename those characters that have been sitting there just waiting for a name change token to run by. Around five or so characters, I think. Other than that, I'll be staying cheerfully on Union.
I'm tempted to move my guys from Guardian to Triumph, since I have guys there already and the main reason that I was on Guardian to begin with, my old SG, has since abandoned that server. But now, I'm not too sure... kinda attached to the community on Guardian. Maybe I'll spread my load between the two servers... I dunno.
