Also, depending on what angle they take, you might get some with an underwater zone too
I thought the Mutant booster looked more like a Magic/Demon booster.

I agree that CoX has plenty of tech options for a while. I'd say put magic/ancient type costume options at the top of the list for new costume content. Followed by more animal/alien/beast type options. I also wouldn't object to a few more modern-day additions, like when they gave us access to different kinds of blazers, ties, slacks, and dress shirts. Like more trench coat options or something.

Oh and uh, back accessories. For the bajillionth time. I love you devs!

Those new costume sets look really nice. I especially like the resistance set and clockwork. Plus the goggles and hairstyle looks great!

Can you add hair with the clockwork faces?

This is an open question for anyone that's been in the beta. Are there any unlockable weapons for dual pistols? It seems like there ought to be, but this close to the actual release, trying to set up Test to go check seems like a waste of time. So if anyone happens to know, I'd love to hear about it.

Yeah more guns for dual pistols would be nice. I was meh on every choice in the selection. How about some scifi guns, or steampunk/clockwork guns? Theres pleanty of fantasy swords and stuff, but little on the scifi side.

And I would like some for my characters that aren't in Praetoria as well. Don't get me wrong. I like the new costume pieces, which I believe I stated already, and I'm sure I will find a use for them. I'd just like something a bit more magicky in the future. :| I don't see anything wrong with that, and I don't see a reason why the Devs have to completely cast magic characters to the wayside in favor of high-tech stuff, which we seem to be getting a lot of. I get that Praetoria is an "advanced" version of primal earth, but if magic exists in CoH cannon in Primal Earth, why not Praetoria? It's supposed to be sort of a mirror world. *Shrug.* Anyway, whatevs. I'll just cross my fingers, like I said, and hope for something that strikes my fancy in the next update.
Your earlier post made it sound like you wanted more "magic stuff" in GR's content, hence my reply. I can understand wanting more magicy costume stuff for certain. I like the magic booster (I think it's my favorite booster so far), but want more stuff in that trend, as well as more fantasy stuff. Could also use some more medieval style armor now, as well as more War Maces. I think with this, we have plenty of high tech armor and tight style sets.

I am very underwhelmed by the costume selection. There should have been around 10 full costume sets due to this being a major paid release. Instead, we get 2. With the option to buy 2 more.

By "two" I assume you mean five, right?

Overguard
Sport
Resistance
Clockwork
Praetorian Police

And yes, the option to buy two more.

I shouldn't post on 3 hours sleep.

I want the Vanguard back unit, dammit!

Indeed. Still confused as to why this isn't part of the Vanguard set you can purchase.

Why isn't it possible to use Resistance Goggles/Resistance Goggles Up with Masks with Hair or Full Masks?

To all those saying "Moar magic!" I have to say that not only do these pieces cater to a wide variety of sets depending on how one uses them, but more specifically, all the tech pieces we've had over the years scream power suit. In all honesty, we've rarely ever gotten anything that screamed "robot". I'm glad we've finally received a few options in that category.

Also, the Resistance facial hair looks awful and we definitely don't need another mohawk. Could we please get better hair options for men? Other than that, I approve of all of the costume pieces.

True dat. Liking the Clockwork stuff but, overall, not a great effort for new costumes. Sport isn't really a full set; resistance is decent; overgaurd isn't bad and the police outfit is pretty basic. Many of these pieces look as if they are variations to existing pieces. I dunno. It's ok stuff but not great.

I can has the resistance 2 hair and sports boots without paying $40 for the rest of the crap I don't want? Maybe the resistance chest piece too...

Ok, the Dragon on the back of the Baron coat looks cool, but I have one complaint.... it's the same color as the base coat, no changing it. Lamesauce.

Anyone know if we're getting Calvin Scott's clothes? Doesn't seem likely, but I really want those gloves. The fact that I suggested those exact gloves in one of Jay's threads last year feels like a Slap in the Faceā„¢ if only Scott gets them.
The vest might be nice too.

Kinda underwhelmed but pleased at the same time.

I think my least favorite has to be the PPD set. Looking at other PPD costumes here, I wish they had released something from the character on the right or center, instead of left.

And maybe in later issues they can release more like the Seer outfits too..

But, the sport set looks nice (is the visor a part of it?) and so does the rest. Definitely picking up the Alpha and Omega set too.

I want those huge ol' PPD gauntlets dammit! and the big shoulder pads too! So cool. Also, what's the Vanguard back unit thingy look like? I can't recall.

The visor isn't quite a Sport piece, but it does appear when Sport is chosen from the pre-made costume list.

It's called Scanner in the Head Detail 1 group.
