As far as Dragon*Con is concerned, I don't think anyone is expecting to have the CoH/CoV crowd to show up en masse with a booth and everything. Each year, we have a one hour City of... panel, where a FULL room of fans talk about our favorite game and what "we think" may happen in the future.

We'd be incredibly happy to have any one person from the game show up for that one hour just to talk with us.

We're easy, that way!

Wish y'all had announced this a little earlier. I wondered if the panel would be Saturday, but without a confirmation I didn't want to commit to a day. However, at this point it's too late, with the three-day and Saturday passes being sold out.

So, phooey. He who hesitates, is me.

Then again, if City really isn't (?) being represented at the NCSoft booth, not sure I have much use for them anyway.

An RSVP wasn't needed for the PAX M&G last year. I'd venture to guess since it wasn't mentioned in the announcement, one isn't needed this year either.

True, but there a lot of pent-up demand for an east coast M&G and it was a new con and new venue...so they didn't have a very good idea what the actual demand would be like for the M&G and if the venue would be up to the task. They've been coming to PAX Prime for a number of years now and they've used this year's venue for M&Gs several times already. So they have a far better idea on how many people are likely to show vs. the venue's capacity.

I'm a bit disappointed. I'd love one of the costume codes and a button. I was able to get them last year since they were given out in Expo Hall, but I'm underage AND will probably be Enforcing during the M&G this year. =/
Can't wait for the panel though!

Well, I am not attending PAX, but I"ll certainly come out for the M&G, I only live a few blocks away...

The big game NCsoft will be pushing at PAX Prime this year is Guild Wars 2. It's "the next biggest thing" that NCSoft has on their schedule.

It rocked over at Gamescon, with some saying that it blew SWTOR away in comparison.

Someone that attends this PLEASE get this kid a button and costume code. It really isn't right that someone that lives so close can't attend just because the staff at Paragon Studios enjoys their alcohol too much.

I look forward to seeing both! Super excited that PAX starts tomorrow!

Little bummed that there's a chance I'll be "fashionably late" and miss the start of the M&G (going to try to get a seat for Wil Wheaton's panel, which overlaps slightly with the M&G). Hope I don't miss much!

The OCR folks are usually pretty strict about their one button/code per attendee rule. I would hope that Ocho and Avatea would make some arrangements to get these pieces of swag to Cakiea during the panel for all his/her hard work as an Enforcer.
