I'd like to know more about the Shadowy Presence Invisibility power :-)
Notice how they changed July to Summer? Wink Wink 
Well, they need time to test, including beta testing.
Previously they stated beta testing participation would be broken into three segments, and that alone will take time. Not to mention if they opt to further spread out the pace at which people are invited to join beta testing, or have to change their plan altogether. But, they'd probably tell us if they had to make a shift like that. Probably.

That power only seems to be useful for avoiding patrols and PvP. Will getting a prepurchase (early Demon Summoning and Dual Pistols) allow us into the Tier 3 Closed Beta Invite or is it for just preorders?

Even so, I think some people are putting the kart before the horse here since I have yet to see an offical announcement saying that Paragon Studios has decided to delay the release of Going Rogue. After all, since July is in fact in the summer, then the announcement was fully correct.

As for Going Rogue, I always assumed "July" meant "the last possible weekday of July," just because it feels as if lots of issues and updates over the years have hit at the very end of a month. Now, I suspect it'll be closer to late August or early September. That's disappointing, but if they need that time for adequate testing, better then than earlier.

The GR release date for Amazon.com hasn't changed... yet, at least. Could just mean that somebody needs to be updated on a release change. Hopefully not though... my next college semester is not looking fun, at least as far as the planning stage goes. Would like some play time before it starts.

Nowhere does it state an which wave any of the Tiers will be getting in on, it could be the 1st wave, or the 20th wave. Because we do not know the criteria in which Paragon Studios uses in selecting testers, someone who does not qualify for any of the Tiers could still get invited, or a 60+ month Vet could get an invite on the last wave.
It basically becomes a waiting game for those of us that wanting to test GR.

Considering the box version is available for preorder on both Amazon.com and Newegg.com but not Amazon.ca or newegg.ca what's the word on availability outside of the United States?
Everything official says North America, but I'd really hate to wait until July/August/September to roll DS or DP just to find out my only option is via the NC Store and I could have bought it months ago.
Will Canadians get to buy a physical box or just US customers?

If you go down even farther on that page, you'll see that other cultures reckon seasons at the halfway points between the solstices and equinoxes. There is no such thing as a definitive reckoning of seasons, it largely depended on the latitude at which the defining culture lived.
